Great team to deal with! I called ahead and Robert was prepared for my visit. Both Robert and David made the experience a personal one. It felt like I've knew them for years! I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future and will recommend Certified Benz and Beemer to friends and family. Keep up the great work!
I really enjoyed the process of purchasing my Mercedes. Jana was super easy to work with and talk to and without any pressure whatsoever. Simply a joy to work with in fact I was going to go to another dealership when I didn???t initially find what I was working for, but I decided to stay and I found something that I liked because I enjoyed working with Jana. Travis in finance was professional and friendly and knows his craft.
I absolutely love this place.. I stumbled upon this dealership from a snow bird friend of mine that bought a convertible and just raved about the car and experience.. I must say, they didn't disappoint. I came in asked to see a car, the salesman was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable with the vehicle. The entire buying process was explained up front and they stuck to what they said they were going to do. After driving the car, they showed me their service dept where I'll be taking my car in for service. Trust a true skeptical buyer... These guys are on it!!! I felt like this was a very easy car buying experience and would definitely recommend these guy because they are doing it right!!!! Thank you Andy and Mr. James for making an expensive purchase a very easy and seamless transaction, I must say this was the fastest and easiest purchase I've ever made... Kudos guys!!!!
We traveled from Florence area to Tempe to see a car we found online at Auto Junction. Where has this awesome company been in all the years we have been buying vehicles? ... Alex the owner and all of the staff were very pleasant to work with. They made the process very easy going. I couldn't be happier with the decision we made purchasing through them. I highly recommend this company for your next car purchase. The cars on his lot are in brand new condition and priced well. Alex even went above and beyond to deliver the vehicle we purchased closer to home so my teenager didn't have to drive it all the way back.

First off, the owner and staff are AMAZING. The environment and customer service is not only appealing, but uniquely friendly. They customize their customer service to fit you, even when they first meet you. Secondly, Alex-the owner is incredible and very genuine in his assistance with ensuring you leave his presence and car lot HAPPY. He not only provided an amazing experience for me; he provided one for a family member of mine, who was incredibly overjoyed with her choice of vehicle. I called on Saturday to make an appointment for oil change. Dakota Henson took my call and was able to get me in the same day. He greeted me at the service center. Listened to all the things i wanted him to check. He was very courteous, professional, well spoken and knowledgeable. He told me it was going to take approximately one and a half hour to complete the work. I waited in the waiting area at the service center and in about one and half hour. he called me and took me to the office, pointed out to me on the receipt all the things that were checked. I felt good when i left the service center knowing that all critical items were checked and functioning well. Montana is a pleasant young man that wears a nice smile, happy looking and very enthusiastic. He represents your company very well and i will definitely go back to your service center if i needed any repair or routine maintenance.
My duughter recently moved to Phoenix and I was looking for a good used car for my use and a back up car for her. I purchased a 2010 Audi A5 convertible. I never seen the car except from photos before I picked the car up. There was a small mechanical issue with the top that was fixed by an Audi dealer. I have a great car purchased without physically driving or even seeing because of the great sales people especially Robert Mills.
My Sales Rep, Drew, really listened to my thoughts and needs and did a lot of research in order to narrow in on the perfect car for me. He really hit the bulls eye!
Drew was professional, knowledgeable, patient and polite throughout the process. He took care of every little detail, got me fantastic financing and delivered the car to my door! Paperwork was done in less than 30 min.

Can’t tell you what a great experience I had at this dealership with my salesperson Glenn. I drove 2 hours from Tucson and it was worth every minute! Glenn and the dealership delivered on every single promise on my used car buy and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I will absolutely be buying my next car here.
Purchased a used BMW i3 and had an excellent experience top to bottom. Staff was great, easy to work with and buying process was the easiest, most enjoyable I have had to date! (Have purchased 5 cars from dealerships over the years.)
We needed to find something for my husband because he commutes a ton. Our last two vehicles were purchased at a large dealership which made us feel more like a number than a customer. A car is an investment and at 101 Auto we felt like Scott and Echo saw us as we were, a family in need of something reliable. They took time to make sure we were comfortable and we felt like they actually saw us as people. I love that they only sold vehicles that had one previous owner. They are open and honest, characteristics my husband and I hold dear. We had one little hiccup but they took care of that quickly. We wouldn't hesitate to go back there if we are ever in the market again to buy.
We had a great buying experience and even had good support in service until service could not determine the problem with the low tire light. It appeared on the trip home from the lot. We have had the car in the shop three times and several phone calls. Each time they felt it was something different including the tires. On the third trip they replaced the rear tires to match the front, but that was not the problem. When that didn't correct the issue, service became defiant with my wife like it was our fault the light keeps returning. There answer this time was to take the car to another of their stores were they can put it on their computer to determine the problem. But they said we had to pay $99 for this service. We are unhappy, but are very happy with the car and we are convenced the car is safe. We will be purchasing another car in the next six months and this small problem has given us second thoughts about returning to CarMax
I downloaded the app, nice convenience. Made online shopping easier for me. The app had a lot of features to it, and it was also user friendly
