Buying a used car from Atlanta Motor Company, Inc. was an excellent experience. The car is everything I thought it would be, and Scott Brody’s straightforward approach, thoroughness in the buying process, and follow up after the sale was exceptional. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but these guys really are a cut above. Thanks for making my car buying experience such a positive one!
It was time for me to buy a car and I usually loathe the process, hard sells, deceptive charges, etc. but then I found Atlanta Motor Company. Dealing with Scott Brody was a pure joy and he made the buying process easy, no hard sells, no pressure, and the price was well below what other dealers wanted that I felt it unnecessary to even bargain on the price. He sells only the finest examples of cars and services and details the cars before they are ready, my car had the oil changed, cabin filter replaced, and detailed. He stayed late to finish the deal and I couldn't be more happier with the overall experience.
Noticed a car online I was interested in at Select Mitsubishi, Gwinnett, Lexus E 350 sedan. Jessica Diaz responded by phone to my inquiry. She was very cordial and very helpful with questions I needed answered. When I arrived, I was greeted by the receptionist with warmth and friendliness. Jessica was as pleasant in person as she was on the phone. The car I test drove was clean and beautiful. Even though Jessica assured me that the car had been inspected and in very good condition, I was allowed to take it to my mechanic and have it checked. The car checked out A-OK! The best thing about my experience, besides being ecstatic about my purchase, is there was no pressure or hassle throughout the entire process! Drove seven hours to my home and everything is smooth sailing!

I had a really great experience at Honda Carland. My Salesman Ryan Walcott was so professional as well as personable. I was conflicted between two models and he very patiently kept showing me and test driving the two until I decided. NOT ONCE did he show a tiny sign of frustration, he repeatedly said he just wanted to make sure that I got the right vehicle. Once I decided, the rest of the process was quite smooth and quick. Lauren (my Finance Manager) made that process clear and effortless. I was very pleased with the options that were presented (without any pressure) to protect my new Odyssey. I am very pleased with the entire outcome. I am so happy with my purchase and everyone at Honda Carland made the experience great!

So there I was on the phone with a dealer telling me it would be 3 wks to get this recall issue fixed on my 2018 Charger. When I decided to look for another dealer I found Banks Crossing and gave them a call. When I spoke with John on the phone he said he could get me taken care of in just a few days! My experience today was awsome with John and JB. Not ONLY did they get me in sooner but in and out in less than an hour. Thanks for stepping above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of! I will surely be back and recommend family and friends here!

Chad went above and beyond expected service. I live in SC and connected with Chad on the internet. Once Chad and I agreed on the car and price he kept me in the loop constantly on its delivery. The delivery was late due to a recall, so rather than having me come to Atlanta he delivered the car personally to me over Thanksgiving weekend after the car arrived at the dealership. Could not have asked for better service.
