We have a Ford Fusion since 2017 and it has been fantastic vehicle for us. In past week we had repair done on fixing the electronic security system, connected to the edge of driver door that was not operating correctly. Josh helped me with identifying the issue and also Jack. Veterans Ford did their analysis and tests to get to the root cause with their specialized technicians in the electronics area. We were very concerned as this issue is very critical for us to function correctly. I am so happy that the Ford team at Veterans got it fixed and all is running perfectly again. Because the issue was intermittent it made the challenge even more difficult - so my thanks goes to the whole team who made this repair a success. The team there takes the time to listen and help their customers to the very best of their ability. When I was in Ireland I went with my Dad to a Ford dealer there, where he bought his first car a Ford Anglia. Ever since then we have stayed with Ford for many years. 2025 BMW X5 review
Purchased my fifth BMW, a 2025 X5 m40i. My last BMW was A 2024 X5 M60i so I have a little experience with both the V6 and V8 X5. The 8 cylinder is a beast and very fast, but the X5 is more of a luxury SUV than a performance car, so I opted for the Turbo Charged six cylinder. Plenty of power and about 10 mpg better gas mileage. I enjoy technology and have all the available packages. I find the tech reliable and easy to operate. I have 22” black wheels on my BMW, so I opted for the optional wheel and tire warranty as I’ve always had wheels fail by hitting pot holes, etc.

2021 BMW X5 review
I frequently change cars because I love to learn and experience new vehicles. I bought a new 2020 RR Defender and traded it after 5 months for the X5. I wasn't really looking for a new car but fell in love with the X5 while accompanying a friend on a test drive. I really like that it handles like an ultimate driving machine. And the drive characteristics are extremely customizable. It's quiet, quick and comfortable. No squeaks or rattles - the RR had a few. It's a solid German example of automotive excellence.

2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

2024 BMW X3 review
I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

2023 BMW X3 review
Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Christopher Roy and by extension Ferman Volvo. I inquired with about 12 Volvo dealers in Florida about pricing and availability for an XC-90. Mr. Roy was BY FAR the most courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, and professional salesman. He was also very up front and candid with every detail to include pricing which was very important to me because I had already researched the car very extensively (to include pricing) and knew precisely what price I wanted to pay. Some dealers wanted to remain secretive on pricing unless they could get me into their showroom (difficult because of distances to travel for many of them) while others were either unable to answer specific questions about the vehicle or showed little interest in actually selling cars. Mr. Roy on the other hand was very candid and always presented everything in a manner that showed he really wanted to earn my business. Well, he did. He made the car buying process (to include coming to terms on a price for the vehicle) about as easy as it can be. Once we signed a contract for the car (I ended up ordering one from the factory), Mr. Roy was consistently very easy to contact and was happy and eager to make sure every question I had along the way was answered. He also kept me updated on the delivery schedule. Once the contract was signed, Mr. Roy was also assisted by fellow salesman Michael Kashtan. I have nothing but great things to say about Mr. Kashtan as well. Mr. Kashtan was especially helpful when we arrived at the dealer (after a 3 hour drive) to pick up the car. He had every document ready to go so that everything was streamlined in the dealership. He also did an excellent job of educating my wife and I about all the features on the car and didn't want us to leave unless we were completely satisfied with every detail--he was amazing. Something that really stood out to my wife and I was when we arrived at the dealer after our 3 hour drive (with 2 very small children in tow), both gentlemen walked outside and met us as we were exiting our vehicle. They were expecting us and it was obviously important to them to welcome us--it was a very nice touch and was just a final confirmation that we had picked the right dealer. My wife and I will likely be buying another car in a year or two (possibly a BMW X5 or X7, I know Ferman sells BMWs as well), and the Ferman group of dealers will be our first place we look. I cannot say thank you enough to Mr. Roy and Mr. Kashtan for such a great experience!

2019 BMW 330 review
Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.
