Wonderful experience 4 hr drive to purchase a truck. Everything as promised no hidden fees. No games just very straightforward dealership Scott Dreyer was very honest with me. Went out of his way to answer questions. Get me photos before I made the drive. Could not ask for a better experience out of all my years buying vehicles out of town. This was far most. The easiest would definitely recommend Scott and Freedman to anybody looking to be treated like family

Serra Ford Rochester HillsReviews
Serra Ford Rochester Hills review
I recently purchased a Bronco Sport from Serra Ford Rochester Hills. Overall, I had a very good experience with our salesperson, Ryan. He was helpful, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process, and I would definitely give him a high rating. Unfortunately, I was much less satisfied with the financing experience. I had asked about the financing rate earlier in the process and was told that the finance department would go over it with us. When we got to financing, however, I felt that the process was rushed, and the interest rate was never clearly discussed with us. I ultimately realized what rate I had received only after I got home and reviewed the paperwork, and it was higher than I had expected. I was also disappointed that one financing option apparently wasn't checked because the finance manager said my Experian credit file was locked. I had unlocked it, but rather than waiting for that to take effect and checking again, he simply moved forward. I would have appreciated more effort to make sure we were getting the best available financing rate. A significant amount of our time in the finance office was also spent discussing an extended warranty and other coverage. In retrospect, I wish more of that time had been spent clearly reviewing the loan terms, particularly the interest rate, before we signed. I want to emphasize that Ryan was excellent and that my concerns are specifically about the financing portion of the transaction. I’m happy with the Bronco Sport and appreciated Ryan’s help, but I think the dealership could improve the buying experience by making financing options and loan terms much more transparent and giving customers adequate time to understand them before completing the paperwork.

Excellent riding SUV. I would highly recommend this SUV. Not bad on gas for a large vehicle. Plenty of space. Very quiet!! Lots of room for big people. ❤️

Schomp SubaruReviews
Schomp Subaru review
We had a great experience working with Denzel at Schomp. He was well researched on the cars he was selling and was a very attentive listener. I was apprehensive going into the dealership initially because of previous bad experiences with other car salesmen, but I was so pleasantly surprised with my experience with Denzel. If you have the choice, I highly recommend choosing to work with him during your car buying experience. I ultimately ended up purchasing a car at another dealership only because they had the exact car/mileage/price I was looking for, but if that car had been on Schomp’s lot I would have happily purchased it there.

Don Sitts Auto Sales review
Thank you, Don Sitts, for being a honest, caring, no pressure dealership. Today 12-6-25 my husband, and I went to your dealership to look at a car online. What amazing customer service. Todd Brazelton sealed the deal. John in finance was amazing. I've never been treated so kind. They were so patient with us. I was kind of nervous at first, but they calmed my fears. My husband, and I prayed before we went there, because, other dealerships have treated us so poorly in the past. Make this your 1st stop people, you'll come back, I know we will. God Bless all of you, for your kindness, Phillip & Mary Wallace PS: We love our new car

Underriner Honda of Walla Walla review
What a great place to purchase a vehicle. Zora Henderson is the Best. From start to finish She kept me informed on what was going on after I ordered my Civic, I was never in the dark about what was happing. I have purchase 14 Vehicles over the years from dealerships and this was the best experience I have ever had at a Dealership. If you are looking for a Vehicle Zora is the person to get ahold of. She will treat fair and make you feel like Family.

Sensible Choice Auto SalesReviews
Sensible Choice Auto Sales review
I have purchased several cars from Sensible choice over the past few years, so when it was time to get a new car for my wife recently, we naturally went to them first. The salesman, Wayne, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The owner, John, is a great guy and very reasonable (even if he is from Baltimore, lol). We found a model that fit the style we were looking for and at a price we thought was very fair. We would recommend Sensible Choice to anyone looking for a used car!

Truck TownReviews
Truck Town review
Big Thanks to Truck Town and their Miracle Worker Angela, she did what she said she would do and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to give us the best deal and the best vehicle for our needs and budget. This is a dealership like no other, the sales staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I also wanted to give Mark the Finance Manager and a big thank you for personally calling the few Credit Unions to give us the best interest rate. Again there is no other dealership like this........ They fight for you to give you the best deal and the best rate.. You are the best and I will only send friends, family, and anyone in the market Angela. If your reading this review go see Truck Towns Miracle- Angela Durbin, she is exceptional!

Bowman Auto CenterReviews
Bowman Auto Center review
I was in need of a car and was searching around. I initially was pre approved with a high interest rate. Drew at Bowman made the process of financing a vehicle easy and straightforward. When I came in with the pre approval interest rate, he said “We will get you a better rate!” He definitely did that and got me connected with a local credit union and locked me in a much lower rate. Highly recommend seeing Drew at Bowman! As an added benefit you can also have your car serviced there! Thanks again Drew! I am definitely having a fun time with this WRX!

Corwin Honda review
Just bought my first car yesterday with the help from Brian Carmona. There’s a reason why he has “Car” in his name, and that’s because he’ll help you find the perfect car you’re looking for. He made everything really easy and very comfortable with everything that we had to do to get the deal done. He was also very patient when we had to figure some things out on my side. He was just all around helpful and I definitely recommend buying a vehicle with the help from Brian.
