I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon at the car dealership and let me tell you, this guy is the real deal! He's got more car knowledge in his pinky finger than most people have in their entire brain. Plus, he's got the charm and friendliness of a golden retriever. Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. I went in for an oil change and came out with a new vehicle. The sales staff are amazing. Friendly, accomodating and efficient. The manager in the service department pays attention to the details. He has been very friendly and accomidating.

We have used this Cadillac dealership to service our Cadillacs for years. This time, we dropped the vehicle off to be serviced the next day . . . however, later that afternoon the phone rang and our car was ready to be picked up - a day early! What impresses me about this dealership is . . . the friendliness of their staff, the cleanliness of their facilities the quality of their repairs - all just top notch!

Bought it used in May 2022. It's a 2016 Buick Enclave awd Tucson Edition (displayed as leather). It's a nice car, was around $28,000 from carmax with 70k miles. It's first problem occurred in June 2025 when the ac stopped working, it got fixed. Only major problem was at 105k miles when the transmission had trouble. Reason why was because the dealer said it had the 4,500 lb tow package, but it was missing a crucial part needed to tow. Transmission was fixed, and car still runs fine to this day at 108k miles. 3.6L V6 288 horsepower.

The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

After having an oil and filter change, we noticed a swishing sound. My husband pulled the air cleaner and discovered that some 'tabs' were not place properly. He fixed the problem and the swishing sound diminished. Not a big deal, but it would be nice if it wasn't there.

There are two Mercedes Benz dealers in the Milwaukee area, and I’m glad I chose International Autos Group to service my vehicle. From the time I arrived to the time I left, I was treated very well by everyone. When I arrived, the service person was with a customer but immediately acknowledged me and let me know he would be with me shortly. Soon after, I had the Service Manager, Pete, help me out. Pete is professional, friendly and truly wants to help customers. He went the extra mile to ensure MB would cover any issues under warranty. I really appreciated that and the fact that they completed my regular maintenance quickly. Every staff member I interacted with was very responsive and friendly, from the sales people, admins and even the tech that drove my vehicle. Management: you make some quality hires so keep it up. Late review, We bought a Jeep Cherokee Latitude from this dealership this summer. The Salesman Adam, and Service manager were outstanding! Test drive vehicle (unfortunately on a rainy day) didnt hear or discover any issues. Took car home and next day discovered very noisy road noise and undefined noise from front of vehicle. Working with the team to discover the problem althought time consuming was a far more pleasant situation than expected. The entire time the team worked on the issue provided constant interaction, communication and updates. Just wanted to assure the team that I was completely happy and AMAZED that the situation was taken care of professionally. Thank You Gary Gregory
