Great car. Comfortable ride, lots of room, good appointments. Has been very reliable with no issues needing repair. I wish it got better mileage, it it does hold 7 passengers and is a large and heavy vehicle. So I can’t have everything!!!
My wife and I stopped by to check the new inventory of GMC trucks and saw a 2018 Sierra that was what we were interested in and spoke with David French who showed us the truck. After a test drive we returned with our truck that we were interested in trading in for the 2018 GMC and had ask them to make us an offer. Within minutes we reached a fair and reasonable offer. Our experience with David and the entire Vann York group was fair, fast and professional.

I have owned this vehicle for only a short period of time, but so far I could not be happier. I rides nicely, and the engine has plenty of power.
The interior fit and finish seems well constructed.

There is only one reason! We have never had ANY problems with this Enclave. It is beautiful, the leather seats are comfortable. It rides smooth on the road. It gets good mileage. It handles great in traffic. It holds all five of my grandchildren. The DVD player cuts all the noise as soon as the movie starts. So why am I selling? Only because it is a 2015 and we always trade every three years.

Called about a Equinox for my mom. Aron took my questions and said he would have Dean (the sales manager) call me back. To my surprise, less than 5 minutes had passed before Dean did call me back. He spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me answering questions, worked up a price, and emailed it to me. The price was easily the best quote I had received from over 6 different dealers. Mom ended up going with a different manufacturer and model, but I know when its time for a new truck who I am going to call 1st. Very easy people to deal with. Great service!

Exceeds my expectations. The smooth ride and the quiet ride makes this automobile enjoyable. I haven't owned a car with all the amenities that this car offers.
The only place I would ever take my car for service or shop for a new or used car. The people are honest and very fair in pricing. And they are so nice. They try to make sure you leave with a smile.

We have had this used 25 k mi beauty for a month now. We did our annual road trip up the Oregon Coast.
Pros. Great Fry. car. Over the 23 mpg listed. Once I adjusted the seat, it was very comfortable, I have some back problems, but no problem driving this baby over 200 Miles. The heated seats helped too. It’s a great road trip car. We now have a car that can carry 6-7 people fairly comfortably. The cargo space is huge, if necessary I could put an air mattress in there and stretch out and still have room. Great sound system and instrument cluster.
Cons: compared to our ’03 Olds Bravada, 112k miles, I don’t feel like the in town driving is as smooth on the Enclave, there definitely more blind spots, and it feels Big even though it’s the same size as the Olds.
Wood trim is cheesy but acceptable. Some of the steering wheel instruments are not as easy to use as those on the Olds were, causing me to take my eyes off the road. I guess I’ll get used to using them before I have an accident ’. Looking forward to a long relationship with Buick. B. T. W. My 1st car was ’36 Buick coupe

This SUV met all of my expectations after driving several Chevy and Cadillac SUV's. This one holds the road perfectly, comfortable seats all around, easy getting in and out. 3rd row is a waste for us baby boomers, but cargo space is appreciated. Perfect for taking my 94 and 92 yr old parents out. Road noise if diminished greatly. easy to chat with riders. Big tires still make it a bit rough, but not bad. I love the classy look inside and out. Looking forward to the Carfax to make sure it has been taken care of.
Mike explained everything thoroughly and finished everything in a timely manner and gave me a good price on my new truck . I also got a fair price on my trade-in . The guy in the finance office was also very thorough in explaining all the papers that were to be signed , including all service and maintenance .

At a glance you may think that is a small suv. You will be amazed!! Its a super confortable ride and provides plenty of space even on the tird row!
Brought vehicle in to repair electronic digital mileage display on my instrument cluster. Had challenge getting update on service throughout the day. Finally got word work was completed and vehicle ready for pick-up later part of the afternoon.

The car met our family needs. Needed a SUV with a lot of room. Surprising the back row of seats is also quite comfortable for kids and small adults. Decent drive but AC went out just before the warranty expired. Some leaks in the four years that I owned the car.

This car really impressed me. We didn’t come here looking for a Buick, but we bought one. Extremely happy with our purchase. The buying experience here at Ferguson GMC was amazing.

I was T-boned on the driver's side in an intersection by a woman driving a quad-cab pickup. She ran the red light and I was hit HARD. Had whiplash and contusions to my left wrist; now I'm told I have a cracked vertebrae in my neck. Thank God for side-curtain airbags and a car that doesn't roll over easily. In fact, I was so impressed by the protection the vehicle gave me that I bought a replacement Enclave for the one that was totaled.
At Infiniti of Greensboro, the Service Department provides a friendly staff, service on time as promised, car wash, and courtesy shuttle. What's not to love?!
Issues with air condition should be taken care of

I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
