2018 Buick Encore review
I purchased this vehicle used with only 17,000 miles on it. It is by far the best vehicle I have ever owed. It is a compact SUV but that's what I wanted so it's perfect for me. The only complaint I have is the mileage. My Chevy Malibu got much better gas mileage but this Buick is everything I ever wanted with all the gadgets and things it has.

Now, management needs to figure out a better incentive system that does not hurt its employees when a less than exceptional rating of the dealership is given. The dealership should be open to hearing constructive criticism without it counting against the performance of the service advisor when it has nothing to do with him. I have shared this feedback before, but the dealership is too interested in patting itself on the back than pursuing real improvement. That's not how sound management or leadership works, friends.

I am giving this a five because Carla was so good to work with. The 2016 Forester was not a good experience. It road really rough and my wife hurt her back on the test drive. The radio did not work and the navigation system failed about halfway through the test drive. So, to sum it up. Our sales rep, Carla was great and the experience at the dealership was good, but the car we went to look at was kind of a disaster.
