I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.
Salesman John Locascio couldn't have been nicer and more helpful....the whole process took under an hour ...I highly recommend Arnold Chevrolet....it was by far the best experience I had in getting a car.
Leased a Chevy cruise from Arnold Chevy. This dealership is amazing in so many ways. They are honest helpful and their service dept is the best. This is our fourth vehicle from Arnold Chevy and we will continue to purchase all our vehicles from here. My salesperson was Ron Wood. He is a good man who does not pressure you in any way. He's honest and knows his product very well. I would recommend Ron to any of my family and friends!!!!
I received excellent and professional services. In communication with their rep, he was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and always try to help. They answered my emails fast and patiently explained all my concerns on the used vehicle. I had a very pleasant experience with them, the whole transaction was smooth and efficient. I felt no worries on buying this pre owned vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle , it looked just like a brand new car! I like this dealer and their sale rep. Will definitely recommend.
We are repeat customers at Arnold due to Ron Wood!

My husband and I are the proud new lessees of a 2018 Buick Encore thanks to our sales professional, Ron Wood! We purchased with Ron in the past and went into Arnold Chevrolet Buick specifically to work with him again. Ron brings knowledge, honesty and sound advice to the sale that you simply do not get at other dealerships. In addition, he is 100% respectful of the price range given to him. We would definitely buy from Arnold Chevrolet Buick in the future and highly recommend it to our family and friends. Thanks to Ron, we have a beautiful new vehicle that is safe and dependable for our family.
Thankfully did not need to leave vehicle
Because they did not have loaner car available. Also they charge for them - have not run across that with my previous cars.
Always received “courtesy” vehicle.
I live in Riverhead and considering a GMC for my next car purchase. I have visited the dealership twice and looked at a few SUV's I was interested in. I didn't work with a sales rep, I just walked around the parking lot on my own time.
From what I can see here, it makes a lot of sense to buy my car there, considering almost every person here had a great experience.
My question to the forum is, has anyone dealt with a situation in which you traded in your car at GMC Rvrhd. but still owed money on your loan? i.e - negative equity?
if so, how was your experience with Riverhead GMC and the sales rep you dealt with?
If you can reply back, I'd really appreciate it. Details on the process would be helpful too.
