2024 Buick Encore GX review
For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

I couldn't be happier with Coughlin Hyundai. They aren't our closest dealership, but we gladly travel the extra distance to Coughlin after a horrible shopping experience with our "local" Hyundai dealer in Athens, Ohio. We purchased a new Palisade from Coughlin in June of 2020. It was the easiest and most pleasant new car buying experience of my life. The car is fantastic! The service department has been fantastic. The sales staff is excellent, friendly and no pressure. They are very good at finding the right vehicle for a customer's needs and budget. In fact, we were so pleased we returned in April 2021 to purchase a second new car, a Venue. The experience was as pleasant as the first purchase. I will continue to recommend Coughlin Hyundai to friends, family and all the customers I speak to daily running my business. Coughlin has earned a long term customer with me.

We live almost 5 hours from their location so much of the communication/information was done online and over the phone. Needless to say, we got a good deal on this vehicle that was in immaculate condition. Bo, Joey, Dustin, and Derek did an excellent job providing everything we needed- and there was quite a bit- to complete the online process and get everything ready for our arrival. They were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with during our purchase. Finishing the buy and picking up the vehicle was quick and easy. It was well worth the long drive to buy our vehicle and we couldn’t be happier with the condition of the car and the good deal we got. Maggie greeted me right away so I had little wait time to get my questions answered. She was a very good listener, answered all my questions, and worked to get me what I needed and I never felt like I was being pushed to make a decision. The few hours I was there went by quickly because of her stories and hospitality. The Used Car Manager Robert was quick to work with me and the Finance Manager Justin had the paperwork quickly in order. Would definitely consider doing business again with White Allen in the future.
