I cannot say enough about my salesmen (David). I will be remised if I do not share one of the best experiences that I ever had while buying my 2024 Denali Ultimate 1500. David contacted me months before I knew I would be purchasing this vehicle. David and I created a build for a 2024 Denali Ultimate 3500 Dually. My experiences with him were so grand, that my wife wanted to deal with him in finding her the 1500 Denali Ultimate. We gravitate toward genuinely ?good people?, and David is one-of-a-kind. He answered all calls day/night. He has taken my calls even when he was off duty. Truth be told, David, was off the day I came to pick up my vehicle. He is extremely personable. He knows how to genuinely deal with people. I have been a Chevy/GMC man my entire life, and I have tried to test his knowledge even when it was not to my best interest; he stayed honest. He delivers not-so-good news like warm rain. We, as consumers, get so caught up in believing that we can ask for anything with the expectation that we are going to get it because WE ARE THE CUSTOMER. Some things are indeed out of a salesmen control. Some things may even be out of the control of the dealership and the General Motors Corporation itself, but David remained honest even when things could not go my way. He does so with class, and I admire that. Wherever he works, wherever he is selling automobiles, I WILL ONLY PURCHASE FROM DAVID. If he is selling Toyota, then I will buy a Tundra. If he is selling Dodge, then I will buy a RAM. If he is selling Ford, then I will buy the F series truck. Why, because David has taken the time to know what I need and what I like. That means something to me. I am certain that if David is selling it, then I will surely want to buy it! I especially like the way he trained his young apprentice (I can?t remember his name), but this young man called my wife and I twice during our 7-hr. drive home to ensure that we were traveling ok. Thank you, David. Thank you for being there for my wife and I. Thank you always taking my calls to answer the same questions repeatedly. Thank you for picking us up from the airport on your day off and providing us transportation to the dealership. Thank you for finding our truck, which was surely a needle in the haystack. I see a lot of negative reviews of this dealership. I have bought two vehicles from this dealership in the past 10 years always been treated Fairly. . I was able to come to an agreement on those vehicles with a sales person and sales staff. I get the new vehicle I Bought this year serviced in the service department every 5000 miles. I am a Master tech, I took my vehicle into the service department to see if they would diagnose it correctly and I knew there was a technical service bulletin on what I was taking in. They told me it’d be $140 because this part was surprisingly out of warranty at 18,000 miles. I knew that since there was a TSB on the part, it would be covered by warranty after agreeing that I would pay $140 for them to diagnose it and fix it. I received the car back. They informed me there was a TSB on the issue And that it would be covered by warranty. Now after that little test, I trust the service department to not bill you for what is not needed. They could have easily just took my $140 as they planned on doing. But were found to be honest. I will not hesitate to use the service department again just wanted to share.

2024 Buick Encore GX review
My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

I had two salespeople involved in my vehicle purchase, and the experiences couldn't have been more different. I originally spoke with Luis, who told me he had a red 2026 Chevy Equinox available with 0% financing. I told him I planned to stop by that Wednesday, but I didn't make it to the dealership until Saturday. Before I went, I texted Luis using the number he had provided to see if he was available, but I never received a response. When I arrived at the dealership, I met PA. I showed him the Equinox Luis had sent me, only to find out that it wasn't actually available—it was already in transit for another customer who had purchased it. I was disappointed and confused as to why I was told it was available in the first place. I explained that I was specifically looking for a vehicle that qualified for the 0% financing promotion. I was also considering a Nissan Pathfinder or a Mitsubishi Outlander. PA told me they had just received a brand-new 2027 black Equinox. Even though it was late on Saturday, he went above and beyond by letting me take the vehicle home for the weekend so I could make sure I liked it. I had already qualified for the 0% financing, and they even filled the gas tank before I left. PA was outstanding throughout the entire process. He took the time to help me find the right vehicle and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Unfortunately, my experience with Luis was the complete opposite. After I signed the paperwork, I realized I didn't receive the 90-day deferred payment option I had expected. I was running late for work and didn't have time to redo the paperwork with the finance manager, so I called Luis afterward. While I know I would have had to start making payments eventually, it would have been nice if he had helped correct the issue. He never returned my call. I also asked him if the dealership's service department could move my subwoofers and amplifier from my Nissan Altima to my new Equinox. Once again, I never received a response. I honestly hate that PA had to split the sales commission because he was the one who truly earned it. He provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The only things Luis did were fill up the gas tank and give me the USB drive he had promised for my dash cam. If you're shopping here, I highly recommend asking for PA. He genuinely cares about his customers and will do everything he can to make sure you leave the dealership happy. He deserves all the credit for making my buying experience a positive one.
2024 Buick Encore GX review
The Encore 2024 GX ST is my second GM car, which has truly impressed me. I've driven various vehicles, including Honda, Infiniti, Toyota, and Saturn, but the Encore GX truly stands out. Its sleek and attractive exterior design caught my eye immediately. On the inside, the elegant beige leather seats create a luxurious atmosphere, and the state-of-the-art infotainment system adds to the overall appeal. The exterior has been significantly improved with the modern Buick logo, giving the car a more contemporary look. One of the most outstanding aspects of the Buick Encore GX is the driving experience. Navigating the vehicle is incredibly easy, and when you press on the accelerator, the car effortlessly gains speed. This is in stark contrast to my previous experience with the Toyota RAV4, which struggled to accelerate quickly. Overall, I'm thoroughly pleased with the Encore GX and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.
