Everyone was friendly and helpful and got my work done in a timely manner and wished me well as I left

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

I love my 2012 Lacrosse and will not take her to any other dealer for service. My appointments are always on time, the explanation of necessary services is clearly explained and the staff is quite pleasant and informative. I've purchased all of my Buicks from Lambert since 2001. There is no better dealership or service department. Thanks Mr. Lambert and staff.

First of October we drove from Ohio to Vagas and back throug Wyoming good gas milage and loved the ride. Recommend it buy for comfort and value.

My last car was totaled in an accident and had not yet been paid off by insurance. Renee and dealership got me in a new car with monthly payments very close to what I needed to fit my budget. Renee is awesome. I have bought other cars from her and will again in the future. Renee was juggling more than one customer and did a great job. Renee does what she says she’s going to do and is upfront and honest.

Purchased a new 2023 AWD Envision December 2023. Dealer offered HUGE discount with $12000 off. I suggest shop around. I traveled from Las Vegas NV to Portland Oregon for mine. Essence package with panoramic roof and xx package. Ride is more firm with 20" tires vs standard 18". I love it. People that ride in it love it. 5000 problem free miles. AWD system works great!! I would be upset if i paid sticker price. With the HUGE discounts offered.. IT IS GREAT!

Friendly, professional and courteous. They motivated me to stop searching. I couldn't have asked for a better deal with my trade in. Very nice car! They hid nothing, treated me like an adult and trusted me. Great experience in a nice atmosphere. I purchased the vehicle sight unseen. I felt very comfortable with everyone I spoke or text too. I do not like the car purchase process however I would buy from them again even though they are in Ohio and I am in Connecticut.
