Overall was great. The only thing was the person who sold me the extended warranty was not very forthcoming. He was vague when answering questions. I probably wouldn’t have purchased it if I had gotten all the information during negotiations. My car salesperson (Pete A) was easy to work with and answered my questions when the warranty guy didn’t.
2019 Buick Regal TourX review
We bought this car new and 4 years later with 53K miles it’s been an amazing car with zero maintenance. This vehicle performs great with plenty of power and fuel mileage is excellent. I don’t know if I’ll ever trade it or sale it because we like it so good. Thanks Buick

Well, I got a good deal and they were nice, but of course before I bought (and picked up) the car, they were all over me, but once I took it to my mechanic who found a surprise (not a huge deal, but the people who traded in the car had done an under the table body repair that wasn't on the Carfax... or the dealer did, but I doubt that...) and I sent an email saying, "just FYI, my mechanic went over it with a fine toothed comb and he said the drivers side passenger door has been repainted, and he suspects probably was replaced. It’s ok — the car is fine, the frame is ok, mechanically ok, but something happened to it along the way that got handled under the table (and he said it was pretty recent). I’m keeping it, I’m just telling you for your information" crickets. At least a, "glad you like it, that does sound weird!" would have been nice, but the silence made me feel like they were holding their hands over their ears going, "lalalalala, if we say anything back we are taking responsibility!" -- which. Come on. Anyway, that was disappointing. I do like the car a lot, though. :)

The best quiet, comfortable and luxurious ride ever. Great german build quality and looks. I wish it was available with the "GS"engine and trim package and not a discontinued model now.

Ron Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat review
I had a fantastic experience working with Beau Thomas at the dealership. From the moment I walked in, Beau was incredibly friendly and welcoming, but what really stood out was his eagerness to help. He wasn’t pushy at all — just genuinely motivated to make sure I found the right vehicle. Beau worked hard to answer every question thoroughly and accurately. He made sure I understood all the details, numbers, and options without rushing me. If he didn’t have an answer immediately, he found it quickly and followed up right away. That kind of dedication and attention to detail is rare. You can tell Beau takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers having a great experience. If you’re looking for someone who is hardworking, honest, accurate, and easy to work with, I highly recommend asking for Beau Thomas. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable!

ADI Autosport review
Even though I did not purchase the Golf R from ADI, they had a great selection of used luxury vehicles. They have the resources to inspect and repair vehicles and make sure you are getting a reliable and great priced vehicle. They were low pressure, and they seemed to have many financing options. Even though they are tightly packed car inventory on their property, dont let that deceive you. Just tell them what you expect and I am sure they will work with you to give you the best deal. Just ask for Caleb or Zahraa.

He went above & beyond to make this experience for me less scary. I was scared walking in thinking should I get a car or no. Ian made it way more easier for me to make a decision. Brandt the sales manager also came out & thanked me for the business. I love the establishment all the people who work there are great & very nice & it was super clean. Thank you drive n motion for helping me find a car within my budget & giving phenomenal customer service. I def recommend this location. We had an outstanding experience at this dealership from start to finish. Everyone treated us with honesty, respect, and patience throughout the entire process. They worked incredibly hard to help us get approved for a vehicle we could truly afford with a low down payment, and they never made us feel pressured. A special thank you to Robert Rodriguez, our sales representative, who went above and beyond to make everything happen. He was knowledgeable, understanding, patient, and kept us informed every step of the way. The managers also worked hard behind the scenes to get us the best deal possible, and we truly appreciate their dedication. If you're looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers and will work with you to find the right vehicle within your budget, we highly recommend them. Thank you to Robert Rodriguez and the entire team for making what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one!

2019 Buick Regal TourX review
I bought a leftover 2019 model !in 2020. I saw one and cancelled plans for a Volvo wagon. I had seen this model in Europe (as an Opel), and was really taken by the stylish lines. It drives great (all-wheel drive, turbo) and has been very reliable - over 62,000 miles already. I get lots of questions and compliments. It is too bad Americans don’t buy station wagons… they drive so much better than SUV’s, and my aging golden retriever can step into it. The dashboard is rather plain, but functional.

We went in this morning to purchase a used Rogue. Ian instantly greeted my father and I. He was very low pressure, relaxed and very professional. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions quickly. We had a concern about the brakes and he had their technicians take a look at it right away while we started the paperwork. The brakes have another 10K miles until I need to replace the pads. Overall, the car I purchased was in excellent condition and I am very happy with my purchase so far. The paperwork process with Ryan went smoothly. I would definitely recommend. Very happy with my experience with this dealership.

Love this car! We were sizing down after three JEEP grand Cherokees and a Buick Enclave. We finally went with something more like a car. I am always attracted to more interesting and unusual (wouldn’t know it by my last four cars!) and when I first saw one of these I was so intrigued I had to research it. Then search the country for the color and options I wanted. They are a bit rare! But they drive like a dream. And always garner interest among other drivers. It is quick, has been extremely reliable and carefree. And the sure-footedness of all wheel drive has been great in the rain and snow of the Pacific Northwest. Plus I’m getting over 30mph flying across the west on regular unleaded! And it is cavernous, both in overall capacity, but even for my 6+ footer boys in the back seat. I haven’t been as happy driving a car since the sport cars of my youth! Only giving it four stars in comfort because the drivers seat is a little too narrow for long hauls for my larger frame. But the fun makes up for it!

2019 Buick Regal TourX review
I bought a 18 Essence that sat on the lot for 9 months or so but it listed for 41k and I paid 30k for it, never had a second thought. It’s a great highway runner, and it’s super comfortable and classy looking, still under warranty and have only had it in the shop for oil changes and 2 recalls

2018 Buick Regal TourX review
I love my Buick Regal Tourx. I liked it at first but felt it was too expensive for my budget. However, my wife offered to pay for 1/3 of the cost. So, we bought it in August of 2018. I am 80 years old, so I have owned many cars over the years. Probably around 25 of them. I have had more people praise the styling and classy aura of the car, than all the previous cars, combined! As of December of 2020, my only expenses have been gasoline. The dealer gave me lifetime oil changes. Everything works well. Many folks ask me, "is it a sedan or a SUV or a wagon, or what?" I say that I do not know but I don't care. It serves me in all those ways and features! Best buy I have ever made for reliable and joyful transportation.

Hubbard GM Center review
The staff at Hubbard GM Center were very knowledgeable and helpful. We had seen the car we were interested in online; we made our initial contact through the website. By the next morning Carmon had reached out to us. We drove 200 miles to see the car and we not disappointed:) The car was exactly as advertised, so we made a deal and drove off with it a couple hours later. All in all we are very happy with Hubbard GM.

Priced Right Auto - Marne review
This dealership is so much better than others. They do NOT get pushy like some others do. We bought a van and they went over it carefully and even replaced a taillight that had a hole in it, that we didn’t see. They are very good at replacing what was needed. Our salesman Mike E. was so nice. This is the second vehicle that we have bought from them.
2018 Buick Regal TourX review
20,000 miles on a 2018 Essence and we couldn't be happier with this "Buick" by Opel. Quiet, efficient, reliable and fun to drive. Not many modern vehicles earn a second look from anyone; the TourX often gets triple-takes and compliments from strangers. Peace of mind: The smooth 2.0 liter turbo engine is found in many other GM vehicles, so maintenance and repair won't be an issue. And the pleasant Aisin 8-speed tranny is in wide use in popular cars including the Toyota Camry. To sum up, we feel quite spoiled by the TourX in Essence trim. It was like buying a loaded Audi or BMW at a stripped Kia price. In fact, our TourX recently put a rented Audi to shame in every perceivable way. It's mystifying why Buick doesn't keep this sporty car in their dwindling lineup of miniature-to-bloated crossovers. That's GM for you...... Get a Regal TourX while you can.

Jacobs Mitsubishi Wesley Chapel review
I give them a 5 star rating for being upfront and honest on their pricing . There online prices include many rebates I don’t qualify for and rather than have me drive an hour just to find out we weren’t in my targeted price range and waste my time they were honest. They were also quick to respond to my inquiries.
2019 Buick Regal TourX review
I was looking at getting a wagon without spending tons of money going German. Have had the Regal TourX for a year and a half now and have loved every minute. Have the AWD model and it was great in the snow. And I don't have to worry about my transmission going like my poor Subaru friends. This is a rebadged Opel Insignia fyi. Not in production anymore as Buick has gone to an all SUV linup Tl:Dr Great value wagon with lots of space. Nothing flashy but no problems since buying it a year ago.
