My car went into the shop with a competitor and they had a lot of fees scheduled with chevy and Rob told me it was a coolant leak and parts are on a backorder but he could fix it today and I thought it was a head gasket and thanks to chevy I am safely on the road!!

The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

Bought mine new in August 2017. I bought the LaCrosse Premium. It's now Junie 2022, so I'm coming up on 5 years in about 2 months. So far I have had absolutely no problems. Have never had to take it in for anything, so it's been 100 percent trouble free. Just normal oil changes. Acceleration has always been good, 0-60 in about 5.7 seconds. To me, anything under 6 seconds is just fine. My average overall gas mileage has been 27 miles per gallon, and I usually get about 36 miles per gallon on trips. On flat terrain, it can be closer to 40 mpg. I now have over 70,000 miles on it, and it still feels just as quick as the day I bought it. It's comfortable, very quiet and has been 100 percent reliable. I traded in a 2016 Honda Accord Touring V6 when I bought this. Acceleration is just about even with the Honda, but the Buick is much more quiet and comfortable than the Honda Accord was. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending a Buick LaCrosse to anyone looking for an incredibly reliable and comfortable car.

The car I was interested in was sold but there were two others on the lot. After a test drive, I bought one. Great price and the car is in great conditon.

The interior is spacious, Beautifully styled interior. The exterior is nicely styled. The middle console is small. The infotainment center is easy to use once you learn how.

I highly recommend this place to get your vehicle repaired. Yes it?s a little pricey, but if they can repair it on the same day it?s worth it. Did found a tool left behind on the windshield on my car, please look before you take your vehicle back just in case they didn?t left tool. Good thing nothing bad happen on the road trip we took.

I had purchased my first Buick in 2017 when my current vehicle bit the dust. I was a traveling journeyman electrician stuck in Des Moines, Iowa. I purchased the 2003 LeSabre for $500 and wasn't expecting it to last long. It had 87k miles on it and was used as a winter car only. It gave up in the spring of 2021 with 350k miles on the odometer. It was fixable, but I let it go. I'm about to purchase another, same year, same make and model, with a shade over 100k miles....

I absolutely love this car. While being priced on the high end, this is a luxury car that delivers. With 310 horsepower, 9 cylinder transmission, and luxurious interior appointments, this car delivers power and can definitely leave you feeling spoiled. The only issues that I have seen are really minor. The fuel door, when opened, can actually dent the body of the vehicle. The interior shade on the moonroof is a manual latch, not mechanical. It simply seems a little cheap compared to the rest of the car. My model is an Avenir model, but it does not have the advanced cruise control or the self parking modes. It did not have a significant price drop for not having these options and I am not sure why an Avenir model did not have all of the options available. I had to buy it during the chip shortage and took what was available. Altogether, this is the nicest car I have ever owned and I am very pleased!

I just wanted to take a moment to write about my thoroughly pleasant experience with Glen and West Coast Auto Works. Normally I don't write reviews, however since our last car purchase went so smoothly I wanted to write a sentence or two. We bought our 2015 Buick Encore about nine months ago. It had a little over 56,000 miles on it. We have put a little over 5000 miles on it with no problems at all. Drives and looks great.

Bought a turbo with only 8k miles and it runs amazing. What you get for the money I consider it Definitely a bargain with all the options. Not crazy about the interface and rather small back seat but the trunk makes up for it.

Was worried that other review might sound like innuendo and am clarifying: I meant that driving around with the heated and cooled seats and outlets and cupholders everywhere feels like you are in an uptown living room or flying business class more than driving. Also this is not an ad for anything but a slightly used car.

Process was good - no issues. Didn't get what we had hoped on our trade in, but I think we came to a fair deal nonetheless.

This is my first new car in 21 years. My bonneville after 275,000 miles finally decided it was tired. Mike at Ettleson made my experience painless. First hubby and I drove to the Vista car lot at 11102 Pac Hwy SW as the ad here on cars.com said this was where the vehicle we were interested in looking at was parked. The sales rep there Kevin kindly informed us that this car was at the other store just up Pac Hwy but he showed us a few vehicles on that site in our mileage and price range before we left. Once at the location on South Tacoma Way Jeb was our salesman. We were never pressured and he was informative. In the end after driving the car we came to look at we decided a second car on the lot might be more what we wanted. About an hour later we were signing papers on our new 08 Hyundai. The only snafu at all was that I was not able to just pull up our insurance info on the app as I was told I could (lol!) The stress was on me, though, but Jeb was even helpful in handling that. He even printed out copies of our proof of insurance for us right there once we got that figured out! All in all it was a super shopping experience. I highly recommend Vista (and Jeb!)
