Working with Sean was great he was very informative and upfont with everything during the test drive and pulling together the financing. We did not end up purchasing the vehicle but there was never any pressure to purchase.

The reason for purchasing this car was it is high up like an SUV but smaller and more fuel efficient. I feel safer driving on the freeway every day. It runs very smoothly and the soundproofing inside the car makes for a very quiet and peaceful drive and it has a great sound system. It also has enough room in the back for transporting equipment. I am very pleased with it.
I recently wrote about how they are liars and steal money... I wanted to give an update since they contacted us about my previous review..
They looked at our car again, and did find the nails. They kindly replaced the tires.

A super comfortable and practical AWD SUV loaded with features and user friendly technology. The Premium II model represents great value. Ride is comfortable and quiet. So far, our used 2016 model has been reliable. It's not a sports car, but if you're looking for relaxing low stress practical transportation, it deserves a close look.
They were not the closest Chevrolet dealer to us. We went there because of a great advertised price and a 5 star rating for the dealer. We bought a car then changed our mind because we found a better deal elsewhere. Lenzen located the same vehicle a considerable distance away, matched the price, accommodated a few other wrinkles we presented and couldn't have been nicer through the process. We're driving the exact vehicle we wanted and extremely happy with the price. Mike did a great job explaining the features of the Equinox and making the whole experience stress free. Mike Hellendrug and Jeff Lenzen took care of us extremely well.

No room behind the rear sear for very much. Only one arm rest? Hesitation on take off Rear camera is a joke. Very Very expensive to repair
We bought a 2017 Chevy Volt after almost a year of communication with your salesman, Brett Banaszewski. He was very patient with us and we let several opportunities pass us by before we made our purchase. He was clear and accurate about all the characteristics of our used car and the various warranties, etc. He went out of his way to help us find a hard copy of the Owner's Manual. He also volunteered to ask your mechanics for a recommendation for a Duluth Chevy dealer to service our car, since our local Ashland dealer has no one certified to work on hybrid plug-ins. Good work helping us move into the new car future which we should all be considering with the dire freight train of climate change barreling down upon us. Keep buying and pushing those electric cars. We now have solar panels and are working for public charging stations in our area. Had a hard time not jumping right into a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf, but coming from deep rural we felt it was still prudent to buy a hybrid. Thank you. Good car on all counts. I'm still learning all the features;this is the first time I have owned a car with all the bells and whistles as they say. Love the look and it is reliable.
Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews. I was referred by a friend for my first vehicle I purchased at Poquet and this is my second vehicle I have purchased at Poquet. Both experiences were hassle free, efficient, courteous, professional and by far the best price. I must expound on my second experience as I informed Brett what I was looking for and he continued to update me monthly until he finally found the exact car I was looking for. What also cemented it was that even the owner, Colin called me a few times checking to see if I was still interested and that they would continue to look for the exact vehicle I wanted. In the interim, I referred a friend and he purchased a car there and Poquet send me a gift card. You won't find an easier buying experience, a lower price or a friendlier staff. Tight quiet ride. 6 speed manual takes the boredom out. 270 HP has decent acceleration. Nice amenities. Very nice leather seats. Great sound system. Pretty good fuel economy.
I went to Harry Browns Looking for a used Vehicle for my wife . Her Old 2004 Chevrolet Impala, has some major Transmission trouble and a 152,000 miles on it so I felt it was time to replace. I first seen 2017 Chevrolet Impala off Cars .Com at Harry Browns. I had heard many good comments from friends and co workers about Harry Browns so decided that's were I would start my Car search. Well I set up an appointment and then went to see what I could find if anything. Well as I entered the building I was greeted by one of there Employees asking if they could help me and I said I was here to see Chad , and was told he would be right with me and to have a seat. They the Employee offered me Coffee Or a Bottle water which I declined. With in 5 minutes Chad came out and visited with me Explaining he was the Sales Manager and welcome me to Harry Browns. He spent a little time with me explaining what to expect on this visit and that my time with them was of the highest priority . He then Introduce me to Product Specialist name Brandon Vance. And said he would take me out and look at some vehicles and test drive them and answer any question I may have. Well as I spent time with Brandon, him and I talked quite a bit about the types of Vehicles and what to expect. As I mention Earlier I originally went there thinking I wanted an another Impala for my wife but as I test drove the different Vehicles I found out a lot about Chevy Equinox which I determined would be a better replacement for my wife. I then ask Brian if I could drive the car to Pick -up My Wife and see what she thought. Upon returning with her it was decided we would go ahead and purchased the Equinox. From there Brandon, Took us through the process of purchasing that vehicle and once all the paper work was done he spent Quality Time with my Wife and I explaining all the different features of the vehicle we purchased. Keeping in mind we are both in our late 60`s and are not very computer savvy. Well in the end we both left with our New Car very well satisfied. I have to give everyone we dealt with at Harry Browns a big Thank You ! And A special thanks to the Excellent Job Brandon Vance , did for us. We would diffently Buy another Vehicle from them in the future and highly recommend them to everyone we know. Again GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Car is really sharp looking both interior and exterior and fully loaded. I love the design of the dashboard. Computer system is fantastic and easy to use. Car performs great.

Buick doesn’t back their product

This car looks good but I have had the car sensor replaced twice in less than 2 years. They replaced 3 belts my timing belt, serpentine belt and I can’t recall the other. Now I don’t have oil light on but it’s consuming oil. Looked at the recall and they know it burns oil but don’t want to fix the problem because. It’s costly. So I have 3 years left on a car that I might have to replace the engine on. The dip stick is dry and I don’t see where the oil is going to, it doesn’t smoke like typical oil burning in the exhaust and I don’t see it leaking on the ground. Very very disappointed and would never buy another Buick period!
Quick easy process to buying a new vehicle with Harry Brown's. I will be returning for my next vehicle. Great prices and honest sales personal that will go the extra mile!

I owned a 2010 full load Buick LaCrosse and enjoyed it so much ,I purchased a 2018 Buick LaCrosse AWD with all the bells and whistles . This car is light years more advanced than my 2010 and the best vehicle I have owned.
Bob Ford was helpful answered all my questions and he didn't harass me call me back 20 times to see if I wanted to buy act car he gave me the time I needed and he helped me out with everything I needed .

I bought the loaded Enclave used, with 110,000 km. The alternator died the first year of my ownership; thankfully, It was replaced under warranty (an $850 job). The Enclave is a big vehicle, with three row seating (the third row being quite tight). I actually moved a full-size refrigerator in this vehicle, and towed my 20 foot boat regularly. I had a number of issues with the Enclave during my ownership (I traded it with 225,000 km after four years). The a/c system needed an expensive repair, and the a/c accuators needed replacement (I did the job myself). Had to strip off the driver side door skin to fix a problem. But the biggest problem was the gas mileage. I averaged about 17 litres per 100 km on the computer (16.6 miles per imperial gallon, 13.4 miles per US gallon).
Buying experience favorably reflected Lexus quality perception. Purchased vehicle was well prepared as to Lexis Certified status and I appreciated the full tank of gas gesture. Sales rep Michael Shteyn was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.

Body styling, interior comfort, jam-packed features make this a good buy in a time at which SUVs are taking over the market. I was an Enclave owner and hope to go back to it someday but the Buick Lacrosse is a nice change of pace.
I head an excellent experience here at village Chevrolet. Everyone was very polite, answered all my questions and didn't pressure me into anything. I felt very in control the entire time. My sales associate Allen was extremely knowledgeable, genuine, thoughtful and fun. I would recommend doing business here!

I had stumbled on Village after looking around on web sites because I was specifically interested in getting a Chevy Cruze. Village's prices were definitely the lowest/best value compared to other sites. When I went to visit, the sales rep I worked with was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in finding the best deal at my price point. He walked me through a few different options and we ended up settling on one, and my loan officer was impressed by how good the deal was.

Buick told us there will be no 2019 convertibles made.
So far this is a great car. It looks fabulous and performs very well. It has adequate power and its handling is sweet.
As a first time buyer, I was nervous and did not know what to expect. Alissa met me at the door and walked me through my purchase start to finish. Her low pressure sales and genuine attitude have made me a life long customer at Village Chevrolet!

We purchased this car 3 weeks ago and could not be happier with it. We bought the Avenir trim level which is the "Denali" version from Buick. Wow what a car. Comfort is out of this world and the backseat will cradle you to sleep. But as soon as you push the accelerator, you won't be a sleep anymore. 310hp comes to life and away you go. It is amazing to be traveling down the highway at 80mph and see the tach at only 1700rpm. That's a 9 speed transmission at work. The interior is beautiful and when the guy in the parking lot sees it, stops and says now that is one fine looking car, I agree.
Brandon was patient, thorough, informative, personable, and not pushy at all throughout my entire buying process. Not for one minute did I feel pressured into upgrading this or that until I had made my decision on an item. He brought joy and personality to the information he presented me with so that I was able to make the most informed and knowledgeable decision in a vehicle that I could have possibly made. All the staff were genuinely excited for my purchase and what it meant for me and reinforced that if I had any issues, questions, or concerns that I could contact them at any time.
