I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the start, I was open and honest with my intentions and goal in buying a vehicle. The dealership did not try to sway my decisions for their own gain. They remained diligent in helping me purchase the right vehicle as well as going above and beyond to secure financing terms to meet my budget and expectations. My original visit to Rainbow GMC was in September of 2017. While I was unable to find the solution I wanted at that time, the sales person as well as management and finance department gave me ditection on how to better qualify and get the the vehicle and financing I wanted. They followed up with me periodically, without pestering as the typical dealerships do. They remained very respectful of my time and continued to keep an eye open for the right opportunity for me. My sales person called me this week to let me know of current incentives and how it met my financial needs. It was perfect! I drove away 3/6/18 in the perfect vehicle, with financing that is exactly as I wanted. Anthony Rhoto, my sales person, and the entire Rainbow team have definitely earned my full respect and I can't thank them enough for their AMAZING level of customer service and follow-through. The car buying experience, in my opinion, is typically dreaded just as much as having to sit at the DMV, but not this time! They have earned a life-long customer and I will recommend them any chance I get!
