I dropped my car off with wiring damage. Justin explained to me clearly what the damages were and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He had my car done completely done sooner than expected. I recommend this shop to everyone. My husbands car is still at the Dodge dealer since October 24,2018. Justin and his team had my car completed to me less than the time I expected!!!
After looking extensively for a Maserati I came across Driveline Motors. I was surprised by the selection of cars that they had and the prices that they were offering. I came this afternoon to check them out and to look at the car. It was exactly as they had said on their web sight. The vehicle was showroom condition and flawless. I used to hate everything about the process of buying a car. In the past, at other dealerships, I felt rushed and pressured by the sales staff, the price/interest negotiation was awful, and it seemed like they were purposely taking their time so I would just give up and agree to their terms. My experience at Jessup was a dream compared to what I???ve gone through before. I feel like the sales staff really listened to me. I could tell they thoughtfully considered what I wanted in a car and then gave me several options that would???ve worked. I looked at used and new cars, took several out for test drives, and never felt pressured or hurried in any way. I even left to take my wife to lunch and when I got back, we picked up right where we left off. I ended up getting a steal of a deal on a 2018 Chevy Traverse and I couldn???t be happier!

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!
Met Daniel on a Saturday morning, spent the morning with him & he was more than pleasant ,he stayed late so I could show my girlfriend the vehicle that afternoon , all with zero pressure to purchase the vehicle NOW ! I returned a couple days later w/a request for one particular vehicle located about 100 miles away and was the proud owner of a new GMC Sierra by eight o'clock that evening.
