I am replacing a car I loved ( 170000 miles and 15 year old Pontiac Vibe) but have been putting it off for a year- I checked reviews and asked around and even though there is a Chevy Dealer closer to my home I am glad I went to Ferman - Phil introduced himself in the lot where I was just wandering around trying to decide what size vehicle would meet my needs. He directed me to the Trax and Equinox and explained the features -quite thoroughly- I chose the Trax and took it for a test drive- I left without committing to purchase but checked reviews again and called to ask a few questions. He was very patient and I am now the owner of a 2019 Trax - I have never been to Ferman before so Phil is the only person I can use to judge the dealership-

My advisor was helpful and kept me informed throughout process including his schedule for days he would not be in contact great customer service....unfortunately I am only dissatisfied with my 2017 Explorer and amount of times and issues we have had and taken to your service or tarpon springs ford. I do not feel safe in vehicles being 19000 miles and drives like its 70000 miles. I had a 16 model I loved but this model for identical price and sport model (same as last model) the 16 model was more trustworthy and I felt so much safer. The axels were replaced and the ticking noise lessened which it is still there. Do to my health Bill's my credit score dropped but I have perfect pay history. I am looking to get payoff and up to 18 model or even maybe a used truck and car. I have begun getting paperwork together because I truly feel this car doesnt have a long life ahead and I don't even trust to drive to Orlando because we already have been stranded from battery dying when car turned off to get gas and would not restart so ford road serv came and helped. The car Boggs out and we can not find issue because it is not all the time but I am on disability and on remission so I drive 2 ohio every 3 to 4 months I truly feel i have a malfunctioning Ford and hope due to my mand family loyalty and A/Z plan I will be offered payoff with trade for new Explorer Sport with Michelin tires. I hope we can find a way to work this out I can show medical records if necessary for reasons why I need a vehicle I feel safe in not you that only works 50% time. My advisor was wonderful but if this isn't resolved then we may not purchase another Ford my grandmother also has 17 explorer basic model and ger 2012 ran like my 16 and we both wish we would never have bought new. I am financed through Ford with 0% 72 months @700 per month my credit has dropped which I can explain but I do again have perfect payment history on everything

Today we went into this dealership feeling anxious - would we get the kind of financing we needed? Would my old car have any trade in value at all? Eric and Rick were very honest with us, and made us feel very comfortable with our situation and our options. Rick worked very hard to get us financing that was literally perfect for us. Eric worked alongside him to ensure that we were able to find a quality pre-owned vehicle that would be reliable for my work and family. Our expectations were that we would not be able to purchase a newer, lower mileage car. However, with Rick's incredible knowledge of financing, and Eric 's knowledge of the inventory, we were able to purchase a 2014 Hyundai Elantra. Brought my 2000 Z3 in for repairs: ABS warning light on, dashboard night light check, trunk struts replacement, new fob activation, radio volume knob check, and oil change check up. I had had problems with Ferman in the past where my car was brought in for the same air conditioning repair several times, and I had to pay again. So, I told Mr. Wilder that I was concerned about my history with Ferman, and asked how much would the repair cost. He said "in the thousands. Your car is 20 years old." (even though my car is seen regularly and successfully at Reeves in Tampa). He said "he could find 5 things wrong with a new car right now", which made me wonder what I was getting into. I asked him if I could drive to Reeves, and he insisted it was not safe, that they will give me a loaner, I asked about an oil change, and he said my car would be checked ???from head to toe." Did not get an estimate until the third day. The estimate was for $3975.21, and included ABS module box for $2117.14 (although Mr. Wilder told me that may not be the problem), front brakes pad only and replacement (yellow 4) at $355.02, drive belt replacement for $239.65, wiper blades replacement for $94.61, headlight switch for $536.46, shop charges of $52.57, taxes of $260.06, two diagnostic charges at $160 each, but did not address my request for trunk struts, radio volume knob check, oil change, or programming the new fob I had brought in. I was given a separate quote for $125 for the oil change, and $296 for the trunk strut replacement. I decided to take my car to Reeves since I was not comfortable with the quote, and I was asked to pay $343.47 for the estimate. I was not allowed to apply the $343.47 estimate charge to the struts or oil change because according to Mr. Wilder it was not part of the estimate. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told none were available -- all were in training. Incidentally, the multipoint check had not been done: fluids were not topped, tire pressure was not checked. I bought the OEM trunk struts at Advanced Auto Parts for less than $30/pair. The attendant replaced them for free in less than 5 minutes. Two rings need to be snapped off each strut using a flat screw driver, and then the replacement struts snap back on. I also purchased extreme weather premium wipers for $33/pair, which again the attendant snapped on my car for free in less than 3 minutes. However, when he replaced my wipers, he said my old ones were in good condition, and would not have needed changing. Update After writing this review, I was contacted by Ferman's General Manager, Mr. Bob Murray to discuss the situation. I visited the dealership and in the absence of Mr. Murray, spoke with the Assistant Manager, Mr, Karl Alvarez, who listened attentively to my concerns and introduced me to Mr. Brian Pelletier, Service Manager. Mr. Pelletier was very sympathetic, and asked for a chance to make things all right. He assigned my case to Ms. Jamie Annese, Assistant Service Manager and Kyle Silcox of the Gold Team worked on my car. They made all the necessary repairs: abs module, electric switch, drive belt, oil change, and fob activation (the new fob could not be programmed, but the old one seems to have been restored to its old glory) at a reasonable price. Ferman did right by me. Trust is something your can't buy. Thank you for restoring my car and my faith in you.

600 miles into ownership and very happy with our purchase. The car is very quiet, rides very smoothly, and is very easy to drive. So far, we are averaging better than 30 mpg in combined driving. The kids (16 & 8 years old) tell me the backseat is much more roomy than mom's SUV. The only thing I don't like at this point is the Auto-Stop feature, which is currently not able to be bypassed or otherwise shut off

I took the car in because the Check Engine light came on. the determined it was a fault with the battery and a relay of some sort. They finished the work so quickly that I asked them to do a needed oil change since the car was already there (I was hesitant at first with my experience at another local Chevy dealer). They did the oil change in about 25 minutes (over two hours quicker than my last oil change experience at another local dealer) and I was on my way to get to work before lunch. I am glad I drove the extra 12 miles from the "other local dealer" to have Jim Browne service my car. I really appreciated the fast service and super professional staff!

I own a "base" version of this vehicle. Base is figurative term with all ther stand features. Remote start, power everything, velvet like cloth seats, woodgrain trim and chrome. My vehicle is FWD and has zero issues performing in ther massive amounts of rain. The vehicle also supports generous ground clearance making unexpected hazards no issue. Extensive amount of storage is a bonus for active families.

The room in this mid size SUV with third row seating is absolutely amazing. I'm 5'9" and I don't have to crouch down to move through the back area. I barely have to bend any further than I did in my minivan and that amazes me, I thought I'd be sacrificing a lot of room moving from a van to an SUV but that is not the case here. The only real complaint I have is that I purchased the 6 cylinder AWD and I think definitely go for the 8 cylinder if you have the option. You're going to break even in the gas mileage department and the extra power is noticeably worth it, in my opinion. All in all, I think Buick hit it out of the park with this ride!

I went to Fuccillo shortly after 7:00 PM this past week and was sold a new Kicks SR that arrived on the lot that day???i had been waiting for this vehicle to arrive for some time. I was assisted primarily by Bryson, Adam, and Gordon. I also negotiated somewhat and was helped by the sales manager, but I sadly cannot remember his name. I was glad Bryson was able to make the sale and earn a little bit of money. I had a young group of people with me, and we had fun joking around during and after the test drive with Bryson who was more or less our age. Fuccillo gives young people an opportunity in the car business, and as a young person myself, this was nice to see. I recommend giving Bryson his own business cards. He was kind enough to provide us his own personal cell phone number regardless. Adam made sure we received his personal contact information, remained with us throughout our visit, and also acted in a supervisory role somewhat over Bryson, giving him tips and things, and I enjoyed the apparent mentoring, Needless to say, the individuals who helped me stayed throughout the entirety of the transaction, allowing me to drive home after 11:00 PM in the new vehicle despite the dealership closing at 9:00 PM. They did not have to do this, especially for the sale of a $23,500 car. I really enjoyed chatting with Gordon, talking about his life and mine, his family and my law school career, while he gathered and had me sign all requisite documents at such a late hour. He is a good man and fostered no sense of urgency. At one point he said ???a customer knows when they are being rushed.??? He never gave this impression. The car itself is beautiful and quite the upgrade from a 2005 Hyundai Tiburon. The only gripe I have is with the ???addendum??? window sticker, which increases the price of a vehicle with an MSRP of about $23,705 to $25,700 (for paint protection and wheel locks mostly) that is affixed to an adjacent window next to the standard window sticker people are familiar with. I anticipated negotiating the price of the vehicle from its MSRP, not from the wheel locks and paint protection clandestine price that increases the price of the vehicle to beyond what you can even build the car for online with all options selected. Going online shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I realized that I had the ability to ???Lock In??? the new vehicle I had just purchased for about $22,500 by clicking a link (site was not yet updated to reflect my new purchase due to the late hour), so the dealer???s website itself does not include the addendum in its advertised online vehicle prices. This is the only thing that needs to change. Since I was negotiating for a $23,705 vehicle from a $25,700 price, I only got it for $200 off of MSRP???not exactly what I was expecting but still slightly below MSRP fortunately. This is $1,000 more than the ???lock-in??? online price. Overall, the experience was great, especially for a first-time new car buyer, and I look forward to purchasing my next Nissan when the dealership movies to its new location currently being built across the street! I thank everyone sincerely for their service and will be in soon to order some accessories!

After purchasing our 2016 Ford Mustang from Jesus Van Der Henst for my husband, it was my turn! After checking several other dealers for a sedan I thought I might like, I decided to go back to Jesus & revisit the 2016 Ford Taurus he had me test drive the day before. He was right, this was my car & now IS my car! He was so helpful & patient with us prior to my decision to buy. You buy a car because it appeals to you & having a personable Salesman, helps make the experience more exciting. Well, I have to say that coming in without knowing what I wanted & leaving with a car that I just LOVE tells me that Jesus made my time very enjoyable! 2011 Buick Regal CXL Review
This would be the car for me if I just drove.

My father bought this car new and I inherited it. Had it for about 4 years. Ours was the base 2.4 L. I loved driving it once I was in it. If you are 6 ft or over you'll probably bonk your head a lot getting in. Even that was OK but if you want a roof rack or want to tow something forget it. This car is for getting from point A to point B and back. There are threaded holes intended for a GM roof rack but I learned that the plan for that rack was dropped. This car never let us down. Started every day in the winter and we never plugged in the block heater. Often -30 C. We put snows on it and maybe because of it's weight the Regal almost seemed happy going thru snowy conditions. Great handling car. Only selling it to a friend (which is meaningful) because we are getting an SUV. I know Buick will hate this, but if I were my father's age when he bought (82) it I buy another one in a minute.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

We are so happy with this vehicle. My husband is fourteen inches taller than me, and we can both drive comfortably. The Enclave shifts smoothly and there is plenty of interior room for passengers to ride comfortably as well transporting luggage. It handles well in snow and is very stable on the highway. We wanted a reliable full size SUV that drives great, rides smooth, and fits in the garage. Buick covered all the bases.

So I know these guys sell cars that cost ten times as much as the Jetta SportWagen I saw on their website, but they treated me like I was buying a Maserati or Alfa Romeo! My salesman, Michael Bilicki, brought the vehicle to my workplace, worked out a good deal for me and had me out the door in my new-to-me car less than two hours after I got off work. Maybe my next car will be one of those bad boys I saw on their lot, but for now, I love my new VW!

I had been doing extensive research about which car I wanted, I had no payments for awhile. If I was going to make payments again, it better be something that makes me smile when I walk up to it! Problem was that the last time I bought a vehicle my credit was great, a few bumps since then, so could I even get approved? How bad would the interest rate be? Was I willing to go through with it? During my search I found the car I was looking for, at the right price. I go to the sellers website and find so many crystal clear pictures and explanation of it I thought YES that's the one! So now I do some research on value of the car and find its a really fair deal. So obviously there will be hell to pay on the backside of the deal right? Next I research the reviews of TampaBayAutoNetwork . Well this doesn't seem right, I find lots of five star reviews, customers are so happy they rave about the this place. Do you realize how hard it is to get a full five stars from online reviewers? Nearly impossible!!! So now I've found the car I want, with LOTS of CLEAR pictures, at a fair price, with fantastic reviews, I call them, we talk about my trade and I give the vin number so they can give me an estimate of trade value, very happy with the results, again, very fair. Now I have an appt the next day with them and am waiting to find out where this train is going to come of the rails, we'll see. Next day, I show up and immediately feel welcome, like they appreciate you coming to do business with them. Isn't that how its supposed to feel? It's been so long I forget. Everyone is so friendly and the car is in great shape, now we'll sit down and see where the smoke and mirrors are. Like I said there were a few hurdles on my part, Mike takes care of it all and comes back at me with the deal... I'm shocked, nowhere along this whole process did I think I wasn't being looked out for, the deal is better than I was expecting. Fair price, fair trade, fair interest, and no hidden charges whatsoever. The numbers added up so easily I could do them in my head!!! So people... If you are considering a vehicle, believe the reviews for TampaBayAutoNetwork , they are the real deal and the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks so much guys, I love my Corvette !!!

Buying a car can and usually is a nightmare. I have to say this time it wasnt. The salesman Joe was awesome. He wasnt pushy and actually listened to what you were looking for. Not what he wanted to sale you. Will not buy a car anywhere else. Great service, great prices, and great people. I also cant say enough about how awesome Joe was.
