We just purchased a 2017 GMC on 7/7/2017. This was by far the easiest deal we have ever had in the last 15 years!! The customer service was outstanding and the paperwork to close the deal was the fastest we have ever been through. I can't say enough good things about Tim Trader, Timothy Shaw, and Eddie Derdich. The truck we looked at on Saturday evening after hours was sold on Monday but they had no problem having another one there for us by Friday. These are not your average pushy salesmen but super friendly people looking out for the best deal for you. If your looking to buy a GMC or Chevy I would highly recommend this place!!!

Prompt response but the cars are overpriced. I have been interested in a Toyota Avalon but it was way overpriced and didn't want to take a ride and not buy it. The car was $5000 at least over what it should have been listed for.
5+ Star for Sales team. Great experience. Works well with customer. Paper handling and title/registration dept "upstairs" is AWFUL. 1 month from buying and still not received papers. False promised 3 times already saying its mailed out (outright lies). Everytime you call they have excuse for lying previous time. Now my tag expires in 3 days with no papers in hand. That's the "LEGENDS WAY" I guess..
I had been looking for a vehicle for a week before i went to Fred Leatz at Victory. Being a first-time car buyer, the whole process had so far been very difficult and everyone was giving me insanely bad offers. I wish i had gone to Fred from the beginning. Not only did he get me a better deal than anyone and the best trade in value for my current car, but he also gave me financing tips and made sure i knew everything i needed to know before i left the dealership. My husband and I went in specifically to buy a new Enclave. We worked with Sheldon. I explained we had an appointment in a couple hours. Walked in at 10:00 AM and out with our new vehicle by 12:30. Transaction with trade in went smooth. Love Love my new ride.

Shopping for a car can be exciting, but stressful with pushy salesmen and pesky emails about "do you want to buy a car?" But not here. These guys are genuine, respectful, and not pushy at all! They have a great selection of used cars that are top notch and great condition. They had a vehicle that had to be too good to be true. Great mileage/price/condition. But we took it to OUR mechanic with a perfect checkout. Bought the car, same day. These guys know how to run a car dealership and we will be back to trade in our 2nd car for sure!
