I recently bought a new Canyon with Dan’s help and had a really good experience. It’s actually the first truck I’ve ever owned, so it was a big purchase for me. Dan was straightforward throughout the process and helped make sure I received the rebates and discounts available to me as a veteran. Everything went smoothly and I never felt pressured. If you’re looking at a vehicle here, I’d recommend asking for Dan

Volvo Cars Fort Myers review
On August 03, 2025 I submitted an email inquiry to Volvo Cars Fort Myers as to the availability of a 2025 XC40 with 5912 miles listed for sale. I received an immediately response via email by Sales Representative "Arley Ricardo" who was warm, engaging and displayed subject matter expertise relative to the vehicle in question and dealership. Arley was organized in his demeanor during our entire interaction and routinely conveyed transparency regarding pricing and financing options. After a few days of effective back and forth communication we reached a purchase agreement on August 06, 2025. During the entire process, Arley and the staff of "Volvo Cars Fort Myers" provided "Superior Customer Service," cemented with courtesy, professionalism and respect: An experience that certainly merits a, ******** 5 STAR RATING *********

Capital Mazda of CaryReviews
Capital Mazda of Cary review
Highly recommend. I could write a 16 page positive review about the salesman we had the pleasure of working with, but I’ll keep it short. Purchasing a new car isnt fun, but working with Thurmond was a smooth, and zero stress environment. My young adult daughter had her sights on one specific car after mnths of searching and she was ready to purchase that one, and ONLY that one and the car had not even hit the lot yet. I wasn’t giving her money for it. She had to afford it herself. I told her Id do the haggling for her and I wasn’t looking forward to feeling like I’d worked a double in a rock quarry after dealing with a car salesman. End result, we drove off the lot with THE car she wanted, papers signed and we felt great. She had just signed away thousands of dollars, years of payments in her name to this dealership and we felt we’d made a great decision to purchase here. Capital Mazda may not know how big of a gold mine they have in this employee. I hope they invest in Thurmond because dealerships have bad reputations due to bad salesmen. Thurmond endured hours of multiple questions for a solid 5 days while we waited on the car to arrive on the lot and by the time we left the dealership we felt OUR time and money was well spent here and very happy to know where we should buy my next car from. Never had trouble reaching Thurmond. He was reliable, good energy, he was focused on us, I never felt pressured or rushed and he did a good job leading us to closure when I look back. The deal was fair, and really important—Thurmond likes his job so I have to compliment his management team. Great salespeople are a reflection of the culture and leadership they have and it was evident management respects and works in tandem with their people. Johnathon especially. Ask for Thurmond. He is a breath of fresh air in today’s environment. We are purchasing our next car thru Capital Mazda……unless Thurmond switches job sites.

Hartford Alfa Romeo Cadillac Jaguar Maserati Volkswagen FIATReviews
Hartford Alfa Romeo Cadillac Jaguar Maserati Volkswagen FIAT review
It's a bit of a "leap of faith" buying a used car from 200+ miles away, and sight unseen. Even though you can, technically, walk away if something is not as expected, it is a great investment of time to make the trip. Alex answered every question and concern I had, and the team at Valenti respected my time, knowing I needed to have everything in order and get on the road as quickly as possible to beat the NY area traffic. They were great, and while the traffic hit me anyway, I won because the Super Cruise in the Lyric made the trip much easier. Car was 'as represented', trade value was fair, and staff was professional and courteous. What more can you ask for?

AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach review
“Shopping” for a new or used vehicle has never been on top of my favorite things to do list — albeit ultimately having the car is a favorite thing! At previous dealerships I have found the process to be time-consuming and displeasing even when I found a vehicle! However, AutoNation Cadillac in WPB has definitely changed my opinion — going there was a most pleasant, seamless, and enjoyable experience from the first point of contact to the culmination of the transaction! Both Rudy and Jack were perfect gentlemen every step of the way making one of my most hated things to do turn into a welcoming and enjoyable and fruitful experience! Thank you Rudy and Jack! D. Sands Kia review
Fernando took care of my Kia soul shortage 100k service and went Over and above. He rocks! My car was stalling and now it runs so smoothly. We got a free Uber home since it was going to take a while to repair and then another Uber to return to the dealership to pick up my car. And he also got my low headlight fixed for free. I travel to this particular dealership because of their great service and professionalism even though there's another dealership closer to me. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH FERNANDO
