The sales manager and staff were cordial. I dislike car buying because it’s usually high pressure and high stress. At long, we discussed the car, agreed on price and proceeded through the purchase process. There was no haggling or pressure put o on by the dealership.
I purchased a used 2012 CTS in July and I must say it was one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. From Hank Landry in Sales to Brian and Andrew in Service they a truly a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, you will not go wrong. I thought the pricing was fair and the car was in outstanding condition, it was obvious that it had been completely serviced and ready to go. Went in today to test drive a 2013 Alpina B 7. I would have to say from the moment I walked in the door I was given the 5 star treatment. Didn't make a purchase yet, still weighing other options, but that isn't a reflection of the buying experience.
The dealership were professional in answering my 101 questions, and I never felt rushed or pressured, the perfect environment for car shopping in my opinion. When I asked if they would be ok with me taking it to an outside mechanic if I were to return to purchase, Mike the Sales Manager told me:
"Sure, that's ok with us. Matter of fact, why don't you just tell us which mechanic to take it to and save yourself the drive here?"
That right there blew me away. I have bought lots of cars before, and never has a dealership offered to do that before. Great customer service.

We are previous Cadillac owners and knew the XTS4 was the one for us. We researched this important purchase by on line sites as well as lots of local test drives. When looking at the Norwood Cadillac site, we found the exact car for us and at a great price. I contacted Nicole through the on line portal and much to my surprise, was contacted immediately. We came down the next day and were warmly greeted by George Belovich as soon as we entered the service floor. We drove the car and made the deal within 45 minutes thanks to George's expertise and obvious experience in sales. When it came to pick up our XTS4, he explained the many features of the car to us and made sure we understood everything before we left. Danny Jordan could not have made our car buying experience any easier. He was professional, patient and never once put on any pressure. We are thrilled with the experience we had at Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood. James Lewis made the paperwork portion of our purchase a breeze. He explained every detail about the financing and warranty but did not push us to purchase anything we were not comfortable with.
I had a chatter in the rear end of the car when turning and accelerating from a stop. My service advisor, Anthony Longa, helped me by taking care of the problem. He got me a courtesy vehicle while my Cadillac was being serviced. I believe its the service people who are the most important to a successful dealership. Best of all my Cadillac is perfect thanks to Anthony and the techs.
Like everyone else, I did plenty of research before heading to the dealership. I was already a Cadillac owner. Ed McMullin took the sales process one step higher. Despite the fact that I was already planning to buy an XT5, he was thorough about explaining all of the features, improvements since the SRX and completely impressed me with his knowledge of the car and enthusiasm for the car. He is the only car salesman I can say I have been impressed by. I will definitely refer my friends and family to him. Sadly, however, I'm the only Cadillac owner among my F/F. Maybe that will change once they speak with Ed! Thanks Ed!

I was buying my first car and this was the third dealer that I visited. RT28 Motors is by FAR the best one that I went to. Everything about the process was simple, quick and painless. From the test drive, to questions, to the buying process.
I was expecting to have to haggle, be played with and have to jump between different agencies (bank, RMV). It was the complete opposite. Harry and his team were awesome, helpful and supportive. The whole process was a couple of hours and I went from looking for a car to a completely satisfied BMW owner. I would 100% give Harry my business again and recommend this dealership to anyone.
The most important thing is that I had no doubt that I was making the right choice through the entire process; I was confident and comfortable.
My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! Thank you for the great customer service and respect. Well done to the whole TEAM at Bourne's!!!!
Go see Ray #3, aka “The Magic Man”, at least that’s what I like to ca him... tell him that Jay #1 sent yah! Lol....he was one of the only dealers willing to take the time and actually work with some banks to try and get me approved. Didn’t get an answer right away but Ray the third never gave up on me. So glad I stumbled upon this dealership I will definitely be back once I get my credit score up! Thanks again Ray !
P.S. I’ll be back again soon my wife wants a BMW now too! (Think we got her a little jealous LOL)
