Excellent experience. Superior customer service. Listened to our needs, explained car types and worked to provide us the best deal for our needs. Made the process seem less.
2018 Cadillac XT5 review
We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

Great dealership, nice people, took great care of me and made the transaction very simple, they were ready for me the moment I arrived, we went for a test drive, put the vehicle up on a rack so I could look under and make the purchase, I was in and out quickly! Will do business with them again!

Craig was very responsive via email. Car was owned by his aunt who didn't drive the car too much. 6 year old car with less than 50K miles. Car was in awesome condition with new brakes all around. We were in and out in less than an hour. It was a very good experience.

Gurley Leep Kia review
Great people to work with ! Friendly and they know what they are doing. I have a 23 Soul and love it. I have had 3 Souls before the one I have now and bought every one at Gurley Leep. I plan on getting my next car from their dealership also.
2018 Cadillac XT5 review
Previously I had a GM Blazer that was the worst car I’ve ever hard. So I was afraid to buy another GM car. But this 2018 XT5 should be on some kind of special 10 out of 10 list. I found this car on a Cadillac dealer’s lot with only 700 miles on it. I guess I got lucky because in 8 years I had a small AC issue and nothing else! It handles incredibly and never seems to have any issues! I can only hope it continues for another 8 years. It is great!

Grand Rapids Chevrolet GMCReviews
Grand Rapids Chevrolet GMC review
From the moment that we drove into the lot 10 minutes before the business closed to the end when my son got the perfect vehicle for him our experience was excellent. The sales manager could not have been nicer and accommodating to let us take the vehicle overnight for a test drive. She filled it up with gas and gave us a lot of the details of the car. Nate we can?t say enough good things about as he takes great care of our whole family whenever anyone is in need of a vehicle. He is the kind of guy with an amazing personality and will go above and beyond. You just trust him and want to go back! Both of the finance people were amazing on a personal level with coming out to speak with is just as a customer to Zach finishing the sale with ease. We will always use the Grand Rapids business for all of our needs! Thank you!!!

Elder MitsubishiReviews
Elder Mitsubishi review
I purchased a Jetta from Elder Mitsubishi in Cedar Park, and I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience. Isaac was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions, took the time to explain when I needed clarification, and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. I love my new Jetta, and I'm glad I had Isaac helping me through the process. I definitely recommend asking for Isaac at Elder Mitsubishi. Thanks again, Isaac! You made my car-buying experience a positive one! Misty A. Round Rock, Texas

Mercedes-Benz of LafayetteReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Lafayette review
Update (One Week Later): I would like to provide an update to my previous review. Since expressing my concerns, Mercedes-Benz of Lafayette reached out promptly and took the necessary steps to fully address the issue with my vehicle. I have now been driving my car for a week, and I can genuinely say it feels smoother and more refined — a noticeable improvement that I truly appreciate. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Hunter for taking the time to personally look into the matter and ensure that the issue was properly corrected. Thank you as well to Edwin, my service advisor, for your guidance throughout the process, and to Charity for your patience, professionalism, and kindness. Your efforts played a significant role in restoring my confidence in the service department. I recognize and appreciate when a business takes accountability and works diligently to make things right. Thank you again, Mercedes-Benz of Lafayette, for addressing my concerns and reinforcing the level of service that customers expect from a luxury brand.
2018 Cadillac XT5 review
Make sure you drive this vehicle. Smoothest ride I have ever experienced. Great handling, responsive and fun to drive. Good value, comfortable. Excellent personal vehicle.

Archer KiaReviews
Archer Kia review
I cannot speak for all that work at Archer however I can speak about the salesmans Jacob Benazouz. I have bought many vehicles over the years to know the difference...Jacob is hands down the best sales person I ever worked with and completed a sale. Even months after the purchase Jacob took my call without going to admin or voicemail and answered my technical questions. He knows his stuff. I highly recommend speaking with him on your next Kia purchase! G. Mathews
