Have owned Equinox LTZ, Equinox Premier and this is a few notches above for sure. A lot of creature comforts, as well as safety features that are simply automatic and comforting. Feels solid, is quiet and has enough power.
I would definitely recommend going to Audi Northlake. The salesperson, Conner McCloud was very helpful. He did not use a pressure sales technique in helping me to find my dream car. I spoke to him prior to arriving. He did his homework to have the cars I mentioned being interested in, ready to look at and drive. He explained the features of the car and demonstrated several of them as I test drove the vehicle. I found him very knowledgeable about the car and features. He stayed after-hours to help me in finding my car, financing information and explaining the car buying process at Audi Northlake.

This car surpasses all my expectations. I couldn't be happier. I plan on this probably be our last car. There is absolutely no reason to try to improve on perfection.
First of all, didn't have any idea that I would be driving off the lot in a brand new 2019 Kia Soul. Mr. James Lawrence service was outstanding!! He went above and beyond the call of duty and I definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a great deal!! The Hendricks lot itself was stellar!!

I bought an off-lease 2017 with 36k miles. I've driven it for a couple of months and love it so far. The auto stop/start takes a little getting used to, and if I'm going through a drive thru I sometimes pull it down into Manual just so it doesn't stop and start so many times.
The exterior styling turns heads, and the interior is very luxurious and comfortable. It's a true pleasure to drive, and the automatic braking has already prevented a possible collision in a parking lot. The lane keep assist is also a great feature, especially if you are someone who gets sleepy driving.
Hard the rate, not sure how the rest of the place is, but when you go in with the internet and you are looking for the best deal, you find a good deal and then they change the internet price with you sitting there in the salesman booth by 3000 dollars. I didn't think of it until I left, but that it fine they do not have my business.

I own and SRX before and was much better than this XT5 I only have 13,000 miles and the transmission don’t work, the car sounds like a tractor and feels like you are driving a big truck, horrible experience and for the first time the dealer is not cooperating enough. I wish I keep my SRX instead of spending so much money on this horrible car.
The Hendricks Chevorlet Team,Nathan,Brice,and Tim were helpful and made our purchase100% satisfied. They all make sure you are comtfotable,like family and most all that you leave smiling.I would rate this team as a 10 for customer service.The whole Team.

Although I miss simple things, as a CD player, I really like the performance and interior upgrades. The XT5 is smooth, comfortable, and has the space wee need.

I am 74 yrs. old and have owned many cars in my lifetime. All were General Motors from Oldsmobiles, Buicks, Pontiacs and Cadillacs. The ride comfort has gotten better and better. The styling has gotten sleeker and always have to take a second look. Most importantly is the confidence a driver has for the dependability in the name Cadillac.
I scheduled an appointment with Holly to come and have my troublesome vehicle appraised and potentially trade it in for something more dependable. On my arrival Holly warmly greeted me and introduced me Seth a salesman. The dealership had a customer appreciation event going on and Holly encouraged my boys and me to have a hotdog while we waited for the appraisal to be accomplished. The entire experience was simple and the customer service provided was polite, professional and was not pushy as most dealerships can be. I haven’t worked with anyone else but I would encourage anyone to schedule an appointment and work with Holly and/or Seth to get the best customer service!
Luxury and safety

This car meets all of my needs. It has all of the luxury of a Cadillac and the safety/sturdiness of a SUV. It’s roomy and there are plenty of usb jacks to charge phones. I also love the Apple Car play.
My truck purchase through Fred Caldwell Chevrolet was the best I've ever experienced. I highly recommend salesperson Andy McGee to handle your car/truck needs. More rattles than a train

Great styling amazing features but definitely not up to high end luxury when it comes to fif and finish.This 2018 premium luxury awd has more rattles and shakes than a baby rattle.after further research I found that my rattles are not a one offs but a common set of issues across the 3 year run .The worst of which is a liftgate design that was more fitting of a 2010 chevy blazr than a high end luxury vehicle with no sound dampening at all,a plastic cover panel that is so poorly designed it rattles even after many feet of dealer installed two way tape under it.Next a split rear seat that shakes and rattles over every bump unless you leave the whole center section down ,leaving the two halves seperate to shake on there own .I Have also had to have all 4 doors taken apart to fix interior rattles caused by what i was told is water shields lose inside and the rear doors Loose speaker attachments.There is also a clicking sould metal in tone that comes from the front dash that is yet to be diagnosed. Having owned this New vehicle for 3 weeks and having it in my possession less than on i can say the fit and finish team at GM needs a overhaul.
Great experience. i would recommend them for a car purchase.

Comfort first, my 6-foot plus family members have plenty of headroom and legroom, front and back. The flexibility in dash readouts minimize distraction while driving with everything ready at a glance. If you haven’t used smartphones in your dash yet-you will! Your phone will provide you navigation, read and send text with verbal commands, and even allow you to listen to audible books while you’re driving in navigating. So much flexibility! The ride is smooth and so much quieter than other SUVs I have owned. Lots of storage in the cargo, with compartments under the floorboard too, out of sight. Great power and pickup.

Most embarrassing vehicle

I would love it if they could get it to stop making so many noises sounds like marbles in the hubcaps but there’s no hubcaps feels like the front end and the whole underneath of the car is going to fall apart very embarrassing especially when I pull up at a gas station or in a parking lot people say what is wrong with that car I have had it at the dealership 12x’s
