I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

I would like to say this was my first car experience and it could not have been any better. Sade was awesome to work with. She knew what she was doing, she knew what I was looking for and worked to get that vehicle for me. I would recommend her. She is very motivated and you can tell she loves her job.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

My sales man was Sam, he was respectable, honest, and overall pleasant to be around. He showed integrity, I didn't feel as if he was trying to Hagel and play trickery games in order to get a sale. The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. We bought a 2009 Toyota Prius In January 2019. The mark of a good business is what they do if everything does not go perfectly. The day after we got it the check engine light came on. I called and talked with their service tech, Kevin. Based on the code he had an idea of what it was and wanted to have the parts on hand to do the work so he said he would let me know when he had the parts. He called me back the next day and we set up an appointment. On that day he described what he needed to do and promptly went about fixing it. The check engine light came back on 2 days later with a different code related to the same issue. Kevin told me it pointed to another part and if both codes would have come up together, he could have done it all at once. He got the part and called me and scheduled a time. Once again he described what he needed to do and how long it would take and set about it promptly. This time the check engine light stayed off. Part of the deal was providing a second key for the car. Their usual business partner was not available so they gave me contact information for someone with that business in my area and they would reimburse me. I got the key made and found out I was not charged the rate they had negotiated with the business, but a higher rate. They contacted the business and they got them to reimburse my credit card the amount over the negotiated rate and sent me a check for the balance. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and courteous. This was service after the sale going above and beyond. I would definitely feel good about buying from them again.

We own 3 of these xt5’s and absolutely love the comfort, value, and dealer experience. The high end feel, functionality, and fuel economy is the complete package.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

I have a 2013 XTS Platinum. I brought it with 46k miles on it. I now have 209k and had 0 issues out the engine and transmission so far. I want a newer CT6 or a 2019 XTS but I'm not in a rush because this car has been the most reliable car I ever owned

I had a great experience with Rick Quillin, Internet Sales and with Country Chevrolet. Rick returned every phone call, stay ahead in the deal, answered every question and was great to work with. The car was exactly as pictured with all the options as listed. Rick set me up with an on time transporter and it was $200 less than quoted . I have bought 6 cars using internet sales (3 from CarMax and 3 from other dealers and Rick Quillin was the best and most professional by far. I would recommend Rick and Country Chevrolet over all of them . Rick is a professional and knows how to treat people, putting me in a great vehicle at a great price .

I sat and watched all the YouTube Videos I could find on the Lyriq. I decided on the 2024 Lyriq Luxury 2 because of the select features that It came with or I could add to the vehicle. With a personal check to place an order, I went to my favorite Dealership " Plaza Cadilac in Leesburg, FL. When I arrived to place my order I could see several Lyriq's lined up. The one main Item that I wanted was the 19.2 on-board charging system rather than the 11.5 system. My salesman scoured their inventory and found one with the equipment I wanted but not the color. He found a 2024 Lyriq Luxury 3 with a 19.2 charging system and a whole lot more. One of the main items this time around was the all-glass roof with the power shade. They brought up an all-white vehicle with a beautiful real leather interior and all the bells & whistles that Cadillac is known for. The car is a stunning showpiece in gleaming white paint and just enough chrome to make it stand out without being gaudy. A Vehicle that folks stop and look at in the Church parking lot, The Post Office, or the Grocery Store. At night the vehicle lights up the way around it as it glides along. When you see it, you know it's a Cadillac lyric.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

Despite some initial hangups, we were able to work together for a Deal that worked for everyone. This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from country Chevrolet and we’ll see what the high degree of probability and honesty. I have had this car for 3 years so far. I love it! The car itself is very lively and can speed up very quickly. It is a comfortable car to sit in and while it is small that is why I bought it. The leather seats are comfy, and the seat warmers work well. It is great on gas mileage, and I find it does not take above 50$ to fill up. I commute to work daily, and this car is reliable and fun. I have had issues with this car such as the transmission wire harness needing to be replaced and the rear axle dif leaking and needing to be replaced. I also had an engine crank shaft house crack and that caused my car to stall. Other than these few minor issues it has been great. The car has a decent entertainment system but sometimes the CUE system lags a little bit. The electronic readings on my fuel MPG and my fuel tank estimate are wrong usually but they are about correct to the true reading. I would buy this car again.

Excellent mechanical upgrade from earlier series. Handles like a vehicle half its size with great transmission and suspension. Great ride quality and overall handling. Reliable thus far - 40K miles on it with one issue needed warranty replacement (starter motor). Unfortunately, the vehicle's overall ownership experience is marred by their utterly terrible CUE system. it is called "Cadillac User Experience" when it should be called "Cadillac User Exasperation". The system and touchscreen are about a clumsy as you can get - seems as if they were designed by engineers who never actually used their own creation. The CUE fails on several levels - the touch screen is overly sensitive and non-responsive at the same time (yes, we did run the "calibrate" function several times..did not help). Second, the system fails the "reasonable user test"; you cannot fully use front/rear controls, traffic controls, vehicle controls without referring continuously to the manual (there is a separate one for CUE - a real joke). Basic functions work ok..once you try to do something slightly non-stardard whoa be unto you.... Third, the navigation system is frozen in the mid 2010's....the traffic calculation for trip time is plain wrong (yes, the XM traffic information source is connected)....this is supposed to be a top-of-the line Cadillac in 2020!! to hire someone from Audi/BMW or somewhere else to show you how to do it...simply inexcusable for a "best effort" vehicle from GM in 2020 model year, let alone 2023! Lastly, the front seats have more adjustments/controls than you can count, yet the seat are uncomfortable over long distances - (yes, a separate indecipherable manual!)...also with the seats, the heat/cooling ventilation is less effective the the first Escalade we owned (a 2007 model)....way to go Cadillac. A very good vehicle that should be MUCH better given its cost and supposed statement of the BEST that GM can do for its vehicle type...FYI..we did have the premium version...
