I’m retired and my son knew I was a fan of GM. He talked me out of a Chevrolet Impala and suggested the Cadillac. The price of the ATS was comparable to the upscale Impala. I’m closing on fifty thousand miles and I have had a few MINOR recalls (expected) and no operating issues. A safe bet! She’s a four turbo.
This was my first time buying a new car. They made it a very enjoyable experience and will come back for future purchases. They answered all my questions and got me exactly what I wanted and needed for an amazing price. I would recommend to anyone to come here if they need to buy a car. All staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make this a great experience.

I think the car is stylish. It is definitely the right fit for my family and me. The car seemed to be in excellent condition. What I like most about the car is, it rides so smoothly and it handles very well. I almost feel like I'm floating on a cloud while driving. My last car purchase was 20 years ago and I have always purchased foreign cars, but I think I will stick with this brand! I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase.

Compared the disaster BMW X5 4.0e that I own the Cadillac SRX was a standout winner in any comparison. Gas mileage was OK. Onstar is peace of mind at cheap price and unlike the BMW app, the Cadillac iPhone app works every time to lock/unlock or pre-heat/cool the car. I will NEVER make the mistake of choosing a BMW crossover over a Cadillac again.

Big Bang for your buck. Comfortable, sporty, luxury vehicle. My first 4 door, and it’s not like grandpa’s sedan. It won out over a Camaro, because it had more room, more luxurious feel, and can drive it all winter.
I upgraded from my 2014 Lexus IS 250 to a shiny, new Lexus IS 300 F Sport!! The service and promptness is always exceptional at Akron Canton Lexus. Working with Ruth Ham and Dan Smith was flawless and fun! Ruth even had a giant red bow on the car for my birthday!! Brandon did an amazing job at helping me understand all of the bells and whistles of my car without it being tedious. Treat yourself and go!

This car has met all of my needs and then some. A luxe dream with so much practicality. I couldn't have picked a vetter model to go with.
Spent 2 days, 5 hours total to get myself into a new to me car. I had an idea of what I wanted and AP Moore worked with me and the financing department to get me out of there. Great experience overall!!!

I bought an off-lease 2017 with 36k miles. I've driven it for a couple of months and love it so far. The auto stop/start takes a little getting used to, and if I'm going through a drive thru I sometimes pull it down into Manual just so it doesn't stop and start so many times.
The exterior styling turns heads, and the interior is very luxurious and comfortable. It's a true pleasure to drive, and the automatic braking has already prevented a possible collision in a parking lot. The lane keep assist is also a great feature, especially if you are someone who gets sleepy driving.
Marilyn was extremely helpful. She was able to answer all my questions. She was kind and friendly while I viewed multiple cars. She went above and beyond helping me add all the info I needed added to my insurance.

This is the perfect car for anyone,single married or a family. I bought mines used with 95000 miles on it and I only drive it on trips. I have a 114000 miles on it now and the 19000 miles I put on it is all highway miles and I haven’t had a problem with it yet. I went to a local car dealership to trade mines in on a truck that I liked and they told me that they don’t take CTS or no Cadillac with a norstar moter because at some point they leaks oil. I took mines to Arkansas and let my personal auto person check it out and he also said they are known for leaking oil. From my personal experience all that I’ve seen in the past have leaked oil but I have had no problem with the one that I have and it has a 114000 miles on it.
Talked to Cory over the phone and e mail about a car they had and I would be coming from 2 1/2 hours away. He advised me of the vehicles condition and it was just as he described. It was great to drive all that way and have no surprises. While at Prestige I also met Andre and had talked to him over the phone prior to getting there. Andre even though not my salesperson treated me as if I were and made me feel right at home. Thanks to Cory and Andre my daughter has a great car that see loves. Thanks everyone at Prestige auto

This car was small in size, had all the accessories I wanted. Had only 9000 miles on it. The salesman and service people are great at Orr Chevrolet. I will always go back there to buy a car and for service. They are the best in Texarkana.

Very good value as this one has low miles, all the bells and whistles, with new michelin tires and new battery. A great buy. hurry before it sells.
I have been looking for a specific vehicle and couldnt believe I ran across it using Cars.com. I sent an email, I was contacted rather quickly ( which I liked ) and went to the dealer to see the vehicle. It was everything I had been looking for and more, and was fairly priced. My salesman Al was awesome and went above and beyond for me. I plan on keeping this car for a while but if I were in the market for another car, I would definitely go back to Lambert Buick...and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new/used vehicle.

While my car was being serviced on Aug 14, I had a really fun conversation with Ryan. After servicing, I investigated the lot & found a car I really liked. When I was able to, I talked with Dwight Fouts about the car. He figured a deal for me that got that particular car in my garage. My husband & I have dealt with Ferris for about 30 years & I will continue to deal there!
Center CUE system doesn't work

My ex-wife and I own one as well as another person I met at a gas station while pumping gas asked me if my CUE system worked. All three of us have the same problem. This model should be recalled as I understand that the mechanic at a Cadillac dealer said that is a real problem that costs $1200.00 to repair. How long will Cadillac allow this defect to go on without fixing it. I go out of my way when asked by people that I meet how I like the car. I have taken it to a local Cadillac dealer and they as well says that it is a major problem. Cadillac has an undercurrent of very unhappy car owners sharing their opinion of the problem with all interested party"s. Not good publicity.
Easy to work with, honest approach. Saw a few vehicles online, called to inquire. Josh had them sitting up front waiting for me when I got there. No wait, straight to the point. Easy purchase. Went so well the first time, my wife went back the next day and bought a vehicle from Josh too. Couldn't have gone better.
Electrical malfunctions from day 1. Ride is poor.

The car has been dependable though the ride is not as comfortable as I think it should be. Dealing with the dealership has not always been satisfactory.
