Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

Awesome car buying experience with no run around ! Very straight forward easy experience. They do not pressure you or give you the run around at all. The customer service is beyond FANTASTIC! Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

Very professional, great group. Last Tesla I bought was purchased from a group that sells 50-65 teslas a month (idrive in Carrolton tx). Auto Boutique surprised me, and managed a Tesla sale like a group that sells 10x more of these technically challenging vehicles. They got the car added to my Tesla app quickly and I left the dealership able to supercharge and drive 6 hours to my home. The young guys ( Ethen Beck and Enrique Ovalles) were very Tesla literate. I'm a contributor to a tesla owners forum and have over 4 million content views, so I'm not a Tesla Newbie. I have a 2016 model s p85, a 2021 model y dual motor, and now a 2021 refresh model s long range to replace the aging ap1 car. These guys had the recurrent battery report in addition to the carfax so I could skip checking the battery. Staff went into service mode and we checked the error log. They got an update to post before adding the car and so I drove off in great shape!

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

The interior is like a space ship! The interior leather is just the color I was looking for. It is so smooth riding and quiet!

I enjoyed the purchasing process here but the car could’ve had a few more repairs before purchasing ie. paint and tire sensor being replaced. Overall I had a good experience.

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

A pleasure to drive. Virtually no turbo-lag, responsive, comfortable and stylish to boot. My Premium Luxury has all the optional packages including massaging seats (great for my wife, who suffers from chronic back issues). Drove many competitors, but none could measure up overall to this SUV.

I had a rough first experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet’s service department, but Brian Caldwell, the Service Director, completely turned things around. He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. What started as a frustrating experience turned into one of the best service recoveries I’ve ever seen. Huge thanks to Brian, his team, and Mr. Mac Haik. This is how a dealership should be run.

I was thoroughly impressed with this Emmons Autoplex. I had been to about 8 dealerships in the Houston area looking for a very specific car for my daughter (FJ Cruiser). They just happened to have it, and to my surprise it was the best looking one out of all those I had looked at and it was among the best priced ones I found. I was extremely happy about that. On top of that, the team there made it extremely easy and effortless to get the deal done. Everyone was welcoming and polite and attentive to the needs. I financed the 2012 cts4 luxury pkg in early 2021 with 50k miles on it with one previous owner and have just recently paid it off and now have fully owned this for about 6 months. This is my first vehicle, so while I have nothing to compare it to in terms of previous cars I’ve owned, I still must say this car has been absolutely amazing for me. Compared to other cars I’ve driven, including a few BMWs, Benz, etc. this one has truthfully been my favorite. The very first thing I noticed when test driving it was how insanely smooth this ride was. I was honestly blown away because I have never driven a car with this smooth of a ride. To add to this, I personally love the style. My personal vehicle is the black raven exterior with a beige interior. There is also the polished wood on doors and dash which I love. The only thing I have added to this car was the Apple CarPlay boss radio, which for me is a necessity as I can’t live without my own playlists and easy navigation. I feel like this also helped to modernize the car a bit since I do have am older model (2012). The biggest problem I had with it so far was a fuse under the hood controlling the fan which was literally a 5 min fix and costed me $60. Have not had a single problem since this fix. I have driven it about 20k miles now for about 18 months and am currently around the 70k mile range. Hopefully as there is more wear and tear it can give the same reliability and performance that I have enjoyed up to this point. Other than that, beautiful sunroof, decent amount of space in the cabin, large trunk, good acceleration, nice HP for a vehicle with no after market performance enhancers considering this car is around 300hp stock and a nice V6 engine. As I was rating this car, I was genuinely trying to think of something more constructive criticism towards it, but I truthfully have rated this vehicle to the best of my ability. Keep in mind this is from 50k-70k miles so far and this is the 2012 vehicle being rated in 2022. One last thing I would like to add considering the gas crisis that is going on as of now, this car has good mpg which is around 20 with an 18 gallon tank. Once the low fuel alert comes on, you still have about 50 miles before gas is really in dire need. Overall, really love this vehicle and I hope that this review helps.

During COVID no-one is driving too far however this XT4 is just what I needed to get me around economically and have some fun doing it. I can pack all my golf gear and anything else I need.

The only thing I could suggest either a vending machine for customers to use, or snacks by the coffee. I went to a Honda dealership that had snacks and bottle water. The time it took for the oil change with an appointment made was long, but my service advisor Johnathan took care of me. While I was waiting. The reason why I gave 4 ?? and not 5 ?? is the time it took for the oils change. I did go on a Friday morning at 10 maybe that?s a busy time. I?m not sure, but again the dealership itself was clean and had plenty of space to sit.

Jhonathan and his manager were seriously the best and friendliest salesman that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. When I buy a vehicle, I shop around for weeks/months. No one was willing to deal with what my main goal was and what I wanted and if they did, they were extremely rude and non personable. I would highly recommend Jhonathan for all your car buying needs.

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

I did everything over the phone with zero problems. No matter how many times I changed my mind my sales person Casandra answered my questions and the finance manager Iriam did everything he could to make sure I got what I wanted. The trade in experience was just as well.

My wife's car is a 2019 XT5 premium purchased new and now has 60,000 trouble free miles, still looks and drives like new. I needed another vehicle that was practical and luxurious. I found a fairly loaded used 2022 XT6 premium with average miles, negotiated what I thought was a very good deal and purchased. Same engine as my XT5 but a softer ride and great features, very quiet and comfortable. Bose sound system is excellent and vehicle has plenty of utility. I was surprised at the depreciation for such a nice SUV, maybe I just got lucky being in the right place at the right time or maybe because it was end of December and dealers want to move inventory by years end, anyway great SUV, I am very happy so far.
