So far, so good. My only real gripe is that a few interior details don’t feel as premium as they should, things like the sun visor, the lining inside the center console, and a couple other trim pieces. Weirdly, my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited has better lining materials and some more “premium” finishes than the CT4-V does in a few spots. That said, the seats are excellent, the climate controls are very good, and the infotainment is great, although it’s smaller than more modern cars, but I’ve found it’s perfect for this car, at least for me. Overall, it’s genuinely one of the most fun road cars I’ve ever driven. Passengers? Who needs them! The back seats are kinda just for show, so if you’re shopping for a family car or people carrier, this isn’t it. But if you want something that feels luxury (mostly), quick, and fun, this is a great vehicle. I also wouldn’t recommend the lower trims. I drove them all before deciding, and the V or Blackwing seemed the most worth the money. Bottom line, even with a few less-luxurious interior details, when I compared it to Mercedes, BMW, and other compact similarly spec'd luxury performance sedans, I couldn’t find anything that could compete for the price. I just wish they made this exact car in an electric because Cadillac electric cars are ugly AF.

Really enjoy the CT4 purchased for the wife. Was looking for an entry level luxury car after driving mid size trucks for the past 20 years. Not to many bells and whistles to figure out the technology components are just basic and all I need for functionality. Could not be happier!

It’s fast comfortable has a great stereo the heads up display is nice to have I already have received compliments the cue screen does show fingerprints but I do recommend this car

Bought a 2020 CT5 as a replacement for my wife’s 2010 Mini Cooper S. She loves it, and it’s a very comfortable car with some really nice options. We got the All Wheel Drive (AWD) version with the turbocharged 2 liter engine, and it has plenty of get up and go.

Friendly tip work with. Delivered the car clean but very little gas in it. Beautiful car.

I wanted this car... Value for money is excellent for this level. The twin turbo V6 is plenty powerful... The quality and attention to detail is apparent. Rides great! Handles great! Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

I purchased this car about three weeks ago. I love it. It is so fun to drive and so comfortable inside. I will buy another one at some point.

I have the Sport AWD trim in Velocity Red. I’m coming off a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited, which I loved. There is no comparison between the two cars. Even in sport mode the CT4 has a more comfortable ride. The Legacy’s cabin was a little roomier but the fit and finish on the Cadillac is top notch. Handling is much better too.

I think this car this amazing! Everything cadi has always lived up to be! I can't wait to drive it! I owned a cts a few years ago and wasn't disappointed back then either. I haven't drove this one yet but I am so jacked! I'm the pickyest of picking out phones and cars. I will look forever before I finally pick one to take home. I only drive about 1500 miles annually. Last year (2024) I bought two of these cars, identical except for interior and exterior colors. No mechanical issuers to date. But the car is too hi-tech for me. I have little knowledge about what many of the knobs, buttons, computer swipes, etc. actually do. The owners manual, which you can purchase for an additional $50 is over 450 pages, I have yet had the time to read it. It comes with a sun roof which I did not want, but had no choice but to get it. It is very complicated, I liked the less complicated cars of yesteryear much better.
