She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care. This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve had in all my years. I’ve purchased vehicles from Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Jeep — you name it — and none of them came close to the level of professionalism, honesty, and hospitality I received at Koons GMC in Vienna, VA. The deal they offered was so incredible that I traveled all the way from New Jersey by Amtrak to Virginia. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first because many dealerships pull bait-and-switch tactics. But not here. Saleam (Sales), Sait (Sales Manager), and Isabella (Finance) all confirmed the deal ahead of time and honored exactly what was promised. When I arrived just after opening at 9 AM, Sales was still in a meeting, but I was greeted respectfully right at the door. Saleam was paged, and the process began immediately. She welcomed me warmly, gave me a brief tour of the dealership—including the much-needed coffee lounge—and handled all the paperwork, insurance details, and my Costco rebate flawlessly. Sales Manager Sait was exceptional. He thanked me personally for my business — something I’ve never experienced from a sales manager at any dealership in the past. He even told me to call him anytime if I had questions or concerns. That level of care is rare. My experience was elevated even further by Finance Manager Isabella. Her energy was absolutely to the moon. She helped close the best deal I could find anywhere in the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area and the entire DMV region. She offered an unbeatable protection package at a discount, covering dents and mileage, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She also respected my time, wrapping up the paperwork quickly since she knew I had a four-hour trip back home. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. If you’re reading this review, do yourself a favor and consider Koons GMC in Vienna. I would happily send any of my friends, family, or colleagues here. They’ve earned a lifelong customer.
2021 Cadillac Escalade review
I am shocked with all these negative reviews. I"ve had mine 3 years and no issues. Kids love it, it's got so much room it's ruined other cars for me. This car gives you everything and more than a Range Rover offers, I know this for a fact because my Fiance drives one. Great functional car.

2023 Cadillac Escalade review
Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

2020 Cadillac Escalade review
So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

2023 Cadillac XT5 review
This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Just a very good, reliable, solid, powerful, and nicely styled vehicle. A little small on cargo, and electronics are OK, but not up with current trims with other companies. Have some Update error on downloads, but that's about it...15,000miles, still like new.

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

Got the XT5 Sport from Paul Conte Cadillac in Freeport, great dealership & great car. has nice power and handles well. reminds me of GMC Acadia Denali I used to have. drove the loaner 26 model for a couple of days, and it has much better electronics + heads up display.

2020 Cadillac XT5 review
I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.

After connecting with the Tony, the sales manager, I set up an appointment to see the car. The sales team was friendly and welcoming. I will disclose that I take an extremely detailed in my approach to buying a used car. Tony and his team accommodated my request to put the car on a lift, talk to his service manager, and get the car inspected in Maryland because the requirements are different state to state. In addition, Tony was flexible and straight shooting about the cost of his car and extremely transparent when discussing terms. Tony went the extra mile and addressed my concerns regarding specific items that caused the car to fail Maryland inspection. What I valued the most, was Tony's honesty during the process. Don't get me wrong the sales team are salesmen because they need to sell a car. But the experience was good because Tony went out of his way to be creative in order to make a deal. All in all it was a good experience.

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The XT5 appearance does distinguish itself from a lot of SUV's out there. I bought vehicle from a lease return and it looks like it belongs on the show room floor

2024 Cadillac XT5 review
3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

2021 Cadillac Escalade review
We just purchased the 2021 Escalade Sport and it's been a wonderful addition to our family. The looks from inside and out are amazing with the updated features throughout. Very responsive and comfortable car. You feel on top of the world. The features are great. The car rides as if it knows what you want to do.
