2020 Cadillac Escalade ESV review
Excellent mechanical upgrade from earlier series. Handles like a vehicle half its size with great transmission and suspension. Great ride quality and overall handling. Reliable thus far - 40K miles on it with one issue needed warranty replacement (starter motor). Unfortunately, the vehicle's overall ownership experience is marred by their utterly terrible CUE system. it is called "Cadillac User Experience" when it should be called "Cadillac User Exasperation". The system and touchscreen are about a clumsy as you can get - seems as if they were designed by engineers who never actually used their own creation. The CUE fails on several levels - the touch screen is overly sensitive and non-responsive at the same time (yes, we did run the "calibrate" function several times..did not help). Second, the system fails the "reasonable user test"; you cannot fully use front/rear controls, traffic controls, vehicle controls without referring continuously to the manual (there is a separate one for CUE - a real joke). Basic functions work ok..once you try to do something slightly non-stardard whoa be unto you.... Third, the navigation system is frozen in the mid 2010's....the traffic calculation for trip time is plain wrong (yes, the XM traffic information source is connected)....this is supposed to be a top-of-the line Cadillac in 2020!! to hire someone from Audi/BMW or somewhere else to show you how to do it...simply inexcusable for a "best effort" vehicle from GM in 2020 model year, let alone 2023! Lastly, the front seats have more adjustments/controls than you can count, yet the seat are uncomfortable over long distances - (yes, a separate indecipherable manual!)...also with the seats, the heat/cooling ventilation is less effective the the first Escalade we owned (a 2007 model)....way to go Cadillac. A very good vehicle that should be MUCH better given its cost and supposed statement of the BEST that GM can do for its vehicle type...FYI..we did have the premium version...

I would like to thank Mr. Bellomo for everything he expediently did for me in the transition of my leased Jeep to my new leased Charger. Having been devastated at the loss of my first Charger in 2016, I tried something new (my Jeep), but just was not in love with it. Being reclusive in nature, I do not enjoy spending long hours having to make purchases of any sort. Mr. Bellomo seemed to understand my reasoning for wanting to get back into something I loved. My car was a desideratum in feeling like "myself" again. Not only did he accomplish this with amazing accuracy, he, also, took the time to speak with my father who lives 24 hours away to reassure him that I would be taken care of. I, literally, had everything done, no surprises or let downs, in two days without ever having to spend hours at the dealership. I cannot thank him enough for giving me back something I dearly loved and have fallen in love all over again. It is not often that people in the customer service industry are understanding, empathetic and sympathetic enough to tailor a person's needs accordingly. I love my new Charger so much, I will be purchasing it when my lease is up. Thank you, Mr. Bellomo. I am in no way a materialistic person, but this meant more to me and my family, just to see me happy again. I, certainly, hope you get the recognition you deserve!
2018 Cadillac Escalade review
Excellent service from Raul Ibarra sells man made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommend him does not make you waste time going back and forth to get a lower deal he goes straight to the deal.

Candy Serra, the sales manager, was also awesome. She personally made sure I was happy and really helped with the financing process. Candy really cared about making my experience top-notch. The rest of the Serra Ford crew was fantastic too. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze. I walked in and felt right at home. And let me tell ya, the Ford Ranger itself is one badass truck. The Serra Ford team knew their stuff and helped me find just the right one. They explained all the different options, safety features, and cool tech stuff. All in all, I can't recommend Serra Ford enough. If you're lookin' for a new Ford Ranger or any other vehicle, go check 'em out. You won't be disappointed. I have been dreading the car buying market because, for the last couple of years, the shadiness of dealers was taken to a whole new level. I had my name on a waitlist for a car, and it didn't seem like they were getting any anytime soon, so my husband told me I needed to make a decision. So, I was looking at a Mercedes, and my student mentioned that the new BMW X1 was worth checking out. I am SO glad that I did. We walked into the dealership, and were warmly greeted by the front desk. Shannon Polsgrove greeted us, and offered to help us. I told her what I wanted and asked her if we could build one out. She was so positive, fun, helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the whole process. She made me feel like I was ordering their top car in the dealership, and was patient with all of my questions. She gave her honest opinion about color and build, and the experience that I had been dreading for months turned into a fun and happy one, and I built a car that I am super excited about, after two years of not being excited about any. We also met the manager, Steve Williams, who was just as friendly and patient. Mind you, it was past closing at this point, and neither of them were rushing us, even with knowing that we still had the Mercedes to look at. We left and went to the dealership down the road, and had the exact opposite experience. I won't get into details here, but it solidified my decision that BMW of Farmington Hills was the relationship I wanted to create. We called the next day and placed a deposit, and as promised, we placed our order with the exact build, and were immediately given a production number, where we could track our truck. I have been told by so many dealerships that you don't get to pick anymore, and you get whatever comes in, and I'm happy to say, that is not the case with this dealership. Everything was stress-free and positive, and I can't wait till my car comes in! I have been telling everyone about my experience, because it really was unlike any car experience I've ever had! They have a customer for life with me! And now my family and friends are all interested in a BMW.

Excellent handling, very maneuverable, very tight turning radius, decent fuel economy, great infotainment system and navigation, great paint job, very comfortable seats. Very satisfied with my XT5.

2023 Cadillac Escalade review
i purchased my Cadillac Escalade from Pepe Motors this year. The price and trade in value was better than any other company. Besides this point, they had the vehicle for me that I wanted. This vehicle not only performs better than any other SUV that I have own, it has all the updated features, technology and style than every other SUV in the market. While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years.

2017 Cadillac Escalade review
I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

I purchased my 2026 Equinox RS AWD on 7/24/25 and on 7/31/25 it had a ?reduce acceleration, drive with care? warning on the dashboard. On 8/1/25 made an appointment with John B. and he was able to expedite the service, since it was a brand new vehicle. Turned out to be the oxygen sensor, which was replaced under warranty. I still felt like it wasn?t accelerating well, so I took it back in on 8/13/25 and John B. helped me again. Nothing was able to be duplicated and no bulletins are out, so I?ll just have to wait it out. Luckily I am still under warranty, but it?s just unfortunate when this is a brand new vehicle. I also spoke to Mike, the general manager and he has been very helpful with figuring this all out. He also had me bring it back in on 9/3/25 for service with Tony. I was told there?s a bulletin for low acceleration, but GM hasn?t put out any codes or repairs yet. They also put in a TAC report. So we?ll see what happens next.

2023 Cadillac XT5 review
This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

2020 Cadillac XT5 review
Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

2024 Cadillac LYRIQ review
It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.

2022 Cadillac Escalade review
I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.
