As someone who had just immigrated from Korea, I had to purchase a used car due to budget constraints. While I would have loved to buy a BMW, I ended up purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe that BMW had taken in as a trade-in. The dealer I worked with, Gennaro, was exceptionally kind and responsible—so much so that he genuinely influenced my perception of BMW as a brand. One of the main reasons I chose this vehicle over cars from general used-car dealers was the trust I had in BMW’s basic inspection and standards. However, the way Gennaro handled everything afterward gave me even greater confidence that I had made the right decision. Having just arrived in the U.S., everything felt unfamiliar and overwhelming at times, but this experience reminded me that there are truly good people here. Honestly, when the time comes for me to change cars in the future, I sincerely hope to return to BMW and purchase a new car from Gennaro. I would even say that owning a BMW through him has become one of my mid- to long-term goals for my life as an immigrant over the next five years.
2025 Lincoln Navigator review
We traded up to our 2025 Navigator from a BMW X7. Much more room in the Navigator and more amenities. We did sacrifice some fuel economy, but we expected there would be a difference. The 48" dash screen is awesome! We thought the X7 spoiled us, but this is even better! It is a bigger vehicle and drives/handles as such but not complaining.

The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

2018 Nissan Rogue Sport review
Maintenance preformed when due, tires replaced at 45,000 miles, Brake job due now at 55,000 miles not any transmission, AC problems, the only complaint is the road noise. You have to take care of your car if you want it to last. I love my Rogue

I brought my 1998 Ford E-250 SuperVan in to have 3 out of 4 cargo doors repaired. Tim (service writer) was knowledgeable and concerned to get my problem fixed. He did say, however, that it might be a few days before SERVICE could and that the parts may be hard to get. I told him to do the best he could. I was totally surprised 2 days later that Tim called me and told me that the repairs had been completed. Apparently the service tech that it was assigned to was very creative and found all of the parts that were needed. Great job Krause Family Ford !!!!!

2024 Lincoln Navigator review
I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

2023 Subaru Ascent review
I recently traded in my 2022 Ascent for a similar 2023 model. The 2022 model had brakes issues/noises right from the beginning of ownership. Subaru gave me a great deal on the 2023 model. A number of improvement were found on the 2023 model. Obvious one is the exterior styling with new front grille, headlights and taillights. Interior improvements include updated Eyesight, quieter ride, better steering and brakes, larger multimedia screen including front and backup camera screens, driver profile system. A few other tweaks here and there, making the 2023 Ascent Touring a decent and very safe SUV. Not necessarily sporty or thrilling but perfect vehicle for commuting in town and long road trips.

I love the vehicle and the smoothness when i drive it. Alerts me of cars when backing and tells me if another vehicle is driving away if there is one in front. There is a lot of space and great for my 2 kids.

2019 Lexus ES 350 review
I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

2023 Chevrolet Tahoe review
I have a 2023 Tahoe after driving a Mercedes ML350. Husband wanted something bigger. While I really like my Tahoe, I do have a few complaints. The side mirror moves to a weird position inside the case every time I start the car and the preset button does not move it back, I have to reset it manually. I have had this "fixed" once only for it to start doing it again. I hate the auto stop option and am trying to train myself to push the button to turn it off whenever I get in it. The breaks squeal when stopping, I absolutely hate it! Was told since break pads used to be asbestos so they do not use them anymore and now it is metal on metal and living in a humid area makes them rust and that's what make them squeal. Was told to hard stop every so often to knock of the rust. What??? And my biggest complaint, it will not read my text messages to me without and internet plan. Why will it connect to my phone for calls, maps and music but won't read messages?? One of the biggest causes of wrecks, people trying to text while driving. Just one more way to get more money from us as if we didn't pay a fortune for the vehicle itself.

2024 GMC Terrain review
I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

My advice: make United BMW your first stop and save yourself time, effort, and likely money! I arrived around 6:30 p.m. and was welcomed as warmly as if the day had just begun. My sales associate, Lizzie, and sales manager, Farand, were friendly, attentive, and genuinely engaged throughout the entire process. Farand was visible and approachable—not hidden away in an office—and made a point to check in with me while Lizzie prepared the vehicle. Lizzie truly went the extra mile. She patiently answered every question, thoroughly showed me the vehicle, and even made videos to send to my daughter, who was out of town. The entire team stayed well after closing to complete the purchase without ever making me feel rushed. Our BMW X7 is gorgeous, exceptionally well cared for, and looks brand new. I could not be more pleased with the vehicle, the outstanding sales team, or the buying experience. United BMW has earned my highest recommendation!
2020 Ford Mustang review
I love this car. So many mods can be done to make it your own and unique to you. Move currently produces more hp than a stock GT 350. The looks and performance are outstanding for a car in this price range. My only gripes are that occasionally one of the mirrors (actually happens on both sides just not at the same time) will go all the way in one direction until it can't go anymore then click constantly until you press that mirror and touch the manual adjust button. Then you can hit your pre set of you have one and everything will be fine. It's always when I unlock the car to get in that this happens and it's totally random. If course the dealer can never find anything wrong with it. My other gripe was that on occasion it wouldn't recognize my fob. The only way I could start the car was to lift up the cup holder mat and stick the fob in the slot. But then if I went somewhere and turned the car off, it would be fine. Again totally weird and random. Overall though, I wouldn't give this car up for anything. So much fun to drive, and the sound of that V8 exhaust just gets the blood flowing. Not to mention the all the looks you'll get from people.

2022 GMC Terrain review
Absolutely LOVE this car is one of my favorites by far. Midsize SUV with all the features of a full size luxury vehicle. Can’t beat the heated seats, power lift gate, and the amazing panoramic sunroof they added on these models. The Challenger is a car that stands out from the others with its sleek and sexy eye appealing curves and performance. The Challenger has the appeal of a modern day muscle car with the power and performance to back it up. With modern conveniences like Air conditioning, heated and cooled seats and much more. The seats in the challenger will suck you into them and hold you securely while you are operating the car. Wether it be taking a nice Sunday stroll or flooring it around a corner drifting, the seats will hold you securely and snugly. The Challenger has a huge trunk space for additional groceries or clothing for trips or the grocery store. The back seat is big and can lay down flat. For an adult they back seat will be cramped. A car seat will fit back there and works well. There are multiple models of challenger out there. From the SXT, GT, RT, TA, Scat Packs, Red eye, xxxx cat and demon. The challenger turns heads no matter where you go or what model you choose. The performance you will get out of your car will leave a smile on your face every time you drive it. It will also leave you wanting to drive all the time. When you first step on the gas and the challenger responds. Pushing you back into your seat a little giving you the feeling of the power it holds. If that doesn’t make you smile you are in the wrong vehicle. If you want the best modern Muscle car look no further the Challenger is it. Since the 60’s and 70’s the challenger hasn’t changed much unlike the Mustang and Camaro. If you want a Modern day Muscle Car you cannot pass up looking at the Dodge Challenger.
