Great little van for commercial use. The only drawbacks is only one armrest for the driver and not passenger seat, no cruise control on the commercial model and the A/C Fan does not have a high air flow on face and feet mode. The spare tire does not come with and can be added for an extra fee. Great Van otherwise.

The exact vehicle we wanted was not on site, and he was able to get on the very next day. There was no hassles and no pressure to put us in a different vehicle than we wanted. The dealership was fair and reasonable regarding our trade-in, even more-so because we were trading in a handicap conversion van. i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen
