We have not purchased a vehicle from a dealer in a very long time. However, I would like to take this opportunity to recognize and commend Sales Representative Karona Meas, who demonstrated an exceptional mastery of professional skills. He was very effective in maintaining excellent communications with us thoroughly. He handle our vehicle transaction in calm, cordial, tactful, and firm but no pressure what so ever. Everything he said in referenced to the purchase of our beautiful 2015 Chevy Silverado LT Z71 was true and 100 percent accurate. I recommend Karona Meas to anyone who is looking for an honest, no hassle and no pressure when purchasing a vehicle in the future. Bob Steele Chevrolet should commend employees like Karona who demonstrates and conveys a favorable image of the Bob Steele Chevrolet Organization. Purchasing a new vehicle can be a very stressful experience. The sales rep, Karona Meas, took the stress out of the buying process and actually made it an enjoyable experience. He listened to our vehicle requirements and followed through by showing us vehicles that matched them. He was very professional and didn't try selling is something we weren't interested in.
Polite, professional, knowledgeable, good selection, good prices, fast, fair, made me feel appreciated, made me feel valued, and took time to go over vehicle, dealership, and services provided for the future.
My sales specialist, Sam Johnson, was amazing. He made the process so simple and comfortable. He took all of my preferences and budget into account and found the perfect vehicle. The financing specialist was also extremely pleasant and patient. This experience was, by far, the least stressful vehicle purchase I have ever encountered. I will definitely be back for my next car.

My battery was bad and just about out the door and the people in the service department did a really good job with finding the problem and gave me a good price on a new one. i have had service done before on my 2010 F150 and they have always taken care of it and me during the process so I am happy with them. May even buy a truck when they get one with the options I want
There comes a time in our lives that things don???t always work out, where you feel like you hit rock bottom and desperately need someone to extend an ???olive branch ??? to you to help you out. The day I came to the dealership I was at the lowest point in my life. I was stuck in a vehicle that I could no longer afford due to unforeseen circumstances that I had no control over. So let me start by saying how thankful I am for the care and support I received during my visit at the dealership. Everyone was so very compassionate, caring ,honest, respectful and very positive and that???s very hard to find these days. They were also very understanding of my situation and worked very to help me get. in position to get back on the right path financially. They not only were sensitive to my emotional stress but also very accommodating to my disability as I have been battling Parkinson???s disease for almost16 years. They made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was not under any stress during the entire process. I cannot express enough how thankful I am for your kindness! I am a Loyal Customer for Life. I traded in my 2013 Nissan Altima with a bad transmission for a new frontier. They were very friendly and hospitable and got the deal done quickly and hassle-free. Dealership service department does a great job theyre all very professional and nice. Some of the prices are a bit high like when shell wiper blades at $17 apiece and the price to put on new tires if we had them shipped there.

By far this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've had in years! No gimmicks, no pressure, very low key, knowledgeable salesperson, quick and easy. From sales to finance, this dealership knows how to treat people. I strongly recommend this dealership!!
