Found the vehicle I wanted online but it was at a small dealer and was concerned. I had to travel 1 hour and it was more than worth it. The sales person was very helpful describing the vehicle on the phone and when I got there it was as he said. Not pushy very friendly truly making this a win win deal. I love my truck!!
We went looking for a Malibu hybrid and Shaheen had four of them which is hard to believe because they're hard to find. We found one that we really like and they worked with us for a great price. In doing so they had to to stay two hours past closing on a Saturday and it seemed that everybody involved was happy to do so. We drove the car home that night and have been truly happy with the car. Besides where can you go and get helped buy a rockstar! Thank you Richie.
I went in to look at a used Jeep and they had it ready for the test drive. I was a bit disappointed because the listing said it was a manual transmission, but it turned out to be automatic. When I mentioned it to the sales manager, he immediately went online and made the change. I chose not to buy, but he said another Jeep was in the process of being detailed and he would contact me when that was available for a test drive. Nice, friendly people.
was told the car needed timing chains and more parts,They checked car and found just an electric control that was bad.Instead of thousands of dollar's it was an couple of hundred.Nice honest service. I was recommended by my son who has had great service there.
This is the fourth vehicle I've leased and the best experience I've had. Kendahl was great to work with! He really knows his stuff and doesn't try to give you the runaround. He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process and had everything ready to go quickly. I would highly recommend working with Kendahl!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
We went to Pauli Ford because we needed a new commuter that got good gas mileage and also had enough room for our growing family. We worked with Paul Phillips who was great. I???ve bought a lot of cars over the years and he???s one of the few that I didn???t feel was trying to either hustle me through the process or push me into something. He listened to our needs and worked with us to get us into a new Fusion which we???re thrilled with! Brian Corbin who closed our deal was also great to work with and explained all our options on that end to make sure we got exactly what we needed. We also dealt with Tricia who helped us get our old lease closed out and even met Brian Pauli himself who took time to talk with us and make sure we were satisfied. Overall a great experience. We???ll be going back in a few months to trade my wife???s car in as well!
I leased a new Buick LaCrosse with Dave Kern as my salesman! It was a wonderful experience during the buying process! I also have to say - I was in an auto accident about 2 months after I brought my new car home and Dave made sure to help take care of me! I was looking for a specific vehicle and Tony did not have it in stock a couple other dealers told me the would call me if they ever got one in. Tony searched the country and bought me my vehicle from over 1000 miles away and had me exactly what I wanted. I could not believe he would do that he could do that and how fast he made it happen!
Went in for an oil change/DEF fill up/general service checkup at 5500 miles. Also needed the alignment checked. Was in and out in 1.5-2 hours, zero hassle, with updates from the service manager along the way.
Brian was great made a great offer I spoke through email and by phone he was always nice and never pressured me. Whatever I ask for he had ready for me as quick as possible. He never played games and truly offer a great price off the bat. Unfortunately my mom decided not to by a car at all. If I am looking for a car in the future I would surely go back to him. Outstanding customer service!
