There was confusion on my part regarding the extended service contracts that I had purchased along with my new Ford Escape. Suzanne did a wonderful job of solving the problem for me and I am now happy with my purchase. There is no way to delete or edit my previous review dated 6/30/18 and it somehow got put in twice. Sorry about that.
So the first salesman I delt with was atrocious, betsy. She had an appointment with another family which I understood but just left me and my hectic family sitting and feeling very ignored. Then she sold me a car that isnt even the one I test drove because she wasn't listening to me. She was to busy helping the other family. When the car they pulled up wasnt what I was expecting I just broke down and cried. Dusting the manager called the next morning and made it right. Cameron the salesman I delt with the following night was wonderful. Listened and was helpful. It was a frustrating moment to have them bring the liar back up to try and figure out what happened because I really just wanted her out of my face for all of her lies. Thank you Dustin and Cameron. The only thing that would have made it better the next night is if I wasnt so beat from being at work and I wanted the fight I should have given to Ms. Batzbe. If I could recommend the dealership it would have to be with the explicit instruction to only work with Cameron or Dustin.
We recently bought our 5th car from Texas Cars Direct and the reason that we keep coming back is the service! This place absolutely redefines the "used car" buying experience. Pete and his group of salesmen are top notch. Our most recent deal was handled by Kyle who treated us like we were was his only customers, even though I know they do a lot of business there and he most certainly did have many other customers. In the case of our most recent purchase, we reserved a car that was "coming soon" and the arrival and make-ready process to just a bit, but Kyle was on top of things and kept us apprised of the process. The indoor lot is amazing and just plain fun to visit. You never feel any sales pressure (at all) and the cars (typically ranging from almost new to 3 or 4 years old) ALL look pristine. . .like a new car lot, reflecting their high standards. Once you decide on a car, there are no shenanigans and it has been our experience that they can have you out the door and on your way to dinner in about an hour. We've had great luck with all of our cars from TCD and cannot recommend them highly enough. We will most certainly be back for our next purchase!
Finding a new car is so stressful especially when having to do it in a hurry. Mo really helped us through the process. When I wanted to tear my hair out he along with my fiance really calmed me down. I will definitely come back and recommend.

I went into the dealership just to see if I wanted to get a new truck. About an hour later I was driving away in my new GMC Sierra. That was the best buying experience I have ever had at a dealership. Ozzie the GM was awesome and you could tell he appreciated me for coming in. Seth was my salesman and he was just as awesome. I have bought many (too many) vehicles in my day and Freeman was by far the best. Bill in finance was great also. No pressure to buy this, add on that, or anything. Just great folks selling great trucks. I HIGHLY recommend Freeman GMC in Grapevine!

Reason I bought was due to Shawn Waara briefing me well regarding Ferrari I had not seen.Shawn repeatedly sent pictures of things I wanted to know regarding car such as Navigatiin , year of manufacture label etcetera
The staffs were not friendly like I read others comment on Cars.com app. I do not write their name but he and his friend does not have good attitude with me. My car had got problem immediately after I drove out without warranty. Almost dealer always have police of warranty for new car and use cars, too. One of the staffs said with me that ' If you do not have a intention to buy, do not waste my time when he takes me to see my car. After that, I have to spend my money to repair my car at the dealer which manufacture my car.
First class dealership. Jimmy was wonderful very personable and professional. He made my buying the car I wanted an easy process. He went above and beyond by delivering the car to my home more than an hour away from the dealership. Thank you again. I love the car .
Eugene was great, he???s very knowledgeable, nice person, so patient,. Buying a new car with all the technology can be intimidating,, but Eugene explained everything to me, he is so patient , he spent a lot of time making sure I was comfortable with all the gadgets, , and now I???m having so much fun with my new Eclipse.
