Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

2024 Chevrolet Equinox review
I previously owned a Chevy Trax, which was fine when I received the vehicle. The blessing it was, sustained me for what was pertinent; now, I have been blessed with more responsibility; said responsibility warrants a bigger vehicle. This vehicle is perfect for my family of four; my mother's wheelchair fits perfectly in the trunk, and there's still room for my nine year old daughter, my mother, and my sister. This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!
2024 Chevrolet Equinox review
I've had my fwd lt for a few months now. Great car. At first I thought it was a bit underpowered, but it more than makes up for it in fuel economy. Clean interior, not too many buttons and the standard screen is small but really intuitive to use. Overall an excellent vehicle that fully meets my needs

This review is honestly just a thank you to Chris Perez at Paradise . I was walking through the lot trying to clear my head because I had a lot going on mentally and emotionally. It was really hot outside, and Chris happened to notice me while he was out taking pictures of vehicles. He came over just to say hi. I told him I wasn’t looking for a car and was honestly just walking, and instead of trying to push a sale or make things awkward, he just talked to me like a normal person. He offered me a bottle of water, asked if I was local, and we just started having a genuine conversation. For some reason I ended up opening up a little about the struggles I’ve been dealing with, and he told me he understood better than most. That alone meant a lot because sometimes you feel completely alone when your head isn’t in a good place. We ended up talking about life, family, and just trying to get through hard times. He mentioned how he’s basically been around the dealership since he was 13 because his dad worked there, and how he met his wife there and now has three daughters. It didn’t feel like customer service or someone trying to sell me something. It felt like a real human conversation with someone who genuinely cared enough to listen for a few minutes. At one point he told me that talking about things can actually help and said something I’ll probably remember for a long time: “If not talking about something hurts this much, might as well see what talking feels like.” That honestly hit me hard in the best way possible. I truly don’t know where my head would’ve been that day without that conversation. What probably felt like a small interaction to him genuinely meant everything to me in that moment. I didn’t know how else to thank him because my head really wasn’t in a good place at the time, so I figured writing this review was the least I could do. Chris probably has no idea how much that conversation helped me, but I’ll always appreciate it.
