We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

My wife and I ordered a 2013 car through Lou Fusz Ford back in March and Kevin Barry was our salesman. I can?t say enough good things about our experience. To start, Lou Fusz was the only local Ford dealership that was not price gouging this particular car with a ridiculous dealer markup, as it is against their policy. Secondly, even though the wait for the car was long (due to Ford?s production issues, not anything to do with the dealership), Kevin stayed on top of our order, kept in contact with us with any updates and made sure that once the car did arrive that it was handled/delivered just as we had requested it to be. We were very particular and demanding about this car and he did everything right. Most people, myself included, enjoy getting a new car, but don?t usually enjoy the buying process. After our experience with Kevin, we can?t wait to be in the market again for a car and look forward to working with him. He is professional, caring, and goes out of his way to make sure that you are satisfied with everything. He is honest and trustworthy, which are not usually characteristics someone would think of when describing a salesperson. I made appt. For recall parts however after making that appointment, and leaving car there for 2 days, was told no parts for repair available. They are available in Florida so it appears I should have had it done there. Bought two cars from this dealer and have always been pleased until now.

My wife and I bought 2 24 Grand Cherokee’s from Allyson Laws at Napleton and it was a great buying experience. We appreciate great service and great was what we go from Allyson. We were just really shopping when we contacted Allyson She worked hard to develop the sale and then close it. We were challenging customers, we were looking for unique configs, we were under a tight time line due to the desired Chrysler incentive ending and we were not local to the Dealership. Everything until signing and pick up were done by email, text of phone call. Allyson was awesome from start to finish with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and patience with us ( I almost changed my mind on what model I wanted at the last minute). She found the configs we wanted and worked hard to get them. One came from a dealer 400 miles away. She will work hard to get what you want. Again we are challenging ( Engineer and Data Scientist) we have a lot of questions and Allyson mastered each and every on everyone of them. She worked both deals simultaneously and it was flawless. Additionally the weather was absolutely terrible with snow and seriously below zero temps. I really don’t know how she pulled it off actually; I’m really impressed. Her walk through was superb and notable because it was 20 below zero that day. I would not hesitate to buy again from Allyson. I expect that in a couple of years we will go back to buy another Jeep GC and she will be running the Dealership. Allyson is top notch.

I spoke with Tra Farrow recently at the Alton IL. Location. I was completely honest with him. He ask where I was thinking I wanted my payment to be monthly. I give him my response. I was buying a pre owned vehicle. I bought a Dodge Ram regular cab. He also was completely honest, respectful, of my request. He said he would see what he could do. After talking it was clear that we could complete the sale. I have always purchased my vehicles from private owners. This is the first time I used a dealership. I have this dealership and Tray a five star rating. While I realize it is difficult to get it give a business a five star rating. It was easy to give them the best possible rating. Everyone whom I came into contact with during my visit was outstanding. I was overwhelmed at how easy it was. This business could not have done anymore to change my opinion of dealerships. My experience was outstanding with Mathis Motors and their sales team. The salesman Jacob was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. He responded nearly immediately and was able to work the deal in the moment. We were able to set it all up in 30 minutes or less. The SUV is exactly as described and was cleaner than any used vehicle and most new vehicles I’ve ever bought. I appreciate all they did. I would and will give them my business again.

This Malibu 1.5 handles better than any car I've ever have even when in heavy rain. The turbo engine takes off like a rocket to get away from terrible drivers on toll roads. I have extra trunk capacity, leg room, super comfortable. The batteries need to be replaced about every 3 years though. There was a recall on the fuel injection modulator for this year. I had to order the replacement part from a private part store due to a shortage of that replacement part. The dealership installed it for me since they had no part to offer. I have had no other problems with this car, very low maintenance required. It is absolutely beautiful, fantastic, and fun to drive!
