Phillips Chevrolet of LansingReviews
Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing review
I was very happy that I chose to come to Phillip Chevrolet in Lansing, because the salesman I had was very polite, knowledgeable, and an awesome salesman. I would definitely give his name to family and friends who's interested in purchasing a car. Everyone at this dealership are very nice and pleasant. I didn't have to wait a long time each time I came for service. I will continue coming to Phillips Chevrolet for any service I need on my Chevy Trax because I know that the work will be done correct. Also the service department staff is very polite and knowledgeable and it's so nice when customers receive a bag of Famous Amos cookies 🍪 I love them. Thank you Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing for all that you do. Dine Morris
2018 Chevrolet Malibu review
Over the years I have driven different cars. I had Malibus in 1974, 1977 and came back to the Malibu in 2014 and now have a 2018. It is my favorite car and is just the right size for me and family members. Drives nice and is good on gas. I get compliments on my 2018 model. I call myself malibu Man.

Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lockport review
I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Keep up the great work Jamie and Bettenhausen!

Had my Mercedes Sprinter RV serviced here. I have used them in the past and it is always a great experience. Mark in service provides great customer service keeping me informed on what is going on during my appointment. They always go above and beyond. Their quotes are on point and I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me. One of the best dealerships I have ever worked with.

Had a great experience buying my car here Kay was friendly made everything easy. gave me a good deal, and I appreciate their help
2018 Chevrolet Malibu review
This Malibu 1.5 handles better than any car I've ever have even when in heavy rain. The turbo engine takes off like a rocket to get away from terrible drivers on toll roads. I have extra trunk capacity, leg room, super comfortable. The batteries need to be replaced about every 3 years though. There was a recall on the fuel injection modulator for this year. I had to order the replacement part from a private part store due to a shortage of that replacement part. The dealership installed it for me since they had no part to offer. I have had no other problems with this car, very low maintenance required. It is absolutely beautiful, fantastic, and fun to drive!

Prestige Motor WorksReviews
Prestige Motor Works review
I had a great experience working with George and Ishmale at Prestige Motor Works on purchasing a 2013 Toyota Camry for my daughter. They were professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process, making everything straightforward and easy to navigate. I was initially hesitant about buying from a non–big name dealer, but they helped put those concerns at ease. They were transparent about the vehicle and fully supported a pre-purchase inspection, which the car passed without any issues. That gave me a lot of confidence in the purchase. The car has been exactly what we were hoping for—clean, reliable, and in great condition. Most importantly, my daughter absolutely loves it, which makes the experience even better. I’d recommend Prestige Motor Works, and specifically George and Ishmale, to anyone looking for a solid, no-nonsense car-buying experience.

I LOVE the malibu... never had any issues. This is my third one ('16, '21, and now a third and last '23, love it so much. Definitely keeping it since 2024 was the end of production.

Premier Auto Works Worth review
Based on my experience, these are some very good people. There is no pressure selling and people are polite. There is a wide selection of cars. Hayat was very considerate, fair and reliable. I’ll purchase from here again.
2018 Chevrolet Malibu review
My Malibu Premier is a nice designed car with good styling, performance. The 2.0 L so far runs terrific. No issues with the park drive errors. I am not letting a marginally designed micro switch to crater how nice the cars is. I lived my Cruze also. My last Chevelle was a 1967 SS 396. That turned some heads. I have always bought GM and will continue. My best GM purchase was a 2005 GMC Sierra extended cab with the 5.3 engine. I still have it and is in great shape. The LS 1 series is one of the best engines ever built.

Omni Auto Sales Inc.Reviews
Omni Auto Sales Inc. review
**5 Stars - Outstanding Experience!** I recently purchased a car from Omni Auto Sales, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. Pablo went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car that fit my budget and preferences. They were patient, never pushy, and took the time to answer all my questions. The entire process, from test driving to finalizing paperwork, was smooth and stress-free. I appreciated the transparency and honesty in discussing the financing options, as well as the dealership's effort to provide a fair and competitive price. The level of customer service was truly top-notch, and I drove off the lot feeling confident in my purchase. If you're looking for a trustworthy dealership with exceptional service, I highly recommend Omni Auto Sales. I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases and referring my friends and family!

I have had this approximately 4 years now. and the only problem I have ever had is that it does not always recognize that I am in Park when I am shutting down the engine.

2022 Chevrolet Malibu review
I've had my 2022 Premier for about 6 months. I like it more than I want to - I was waiting to buy a Cadillac later this year! I saw this Premier (2liter turbo) that was new last October with less than 4k miles (and 20+% under list) and could not pass it up. It's comfortable, quiet, handles well and is OK quick. It has heated rear seats, which I don't need but no power tilt/telescope steering wheel or power up pass. window. Fuel economy is spot on it's EPA rating. I have 2 small complaints. (1) the radio, set to Sirius/XM, will change to 97.4 FM - no warning/no reason. My local dealer updated the radio software but this stlll happens. (2) At the same instant the dash pod winks out...then comes back. Weird but I'm not gonna sweat this. Overall a nice GM product.
