I bought a 2014 Kia Soul from Diamond Auto Exchange. They have a super nice and accommodating team. I live several hours away and they were nice enough to hold the car for me to give me enough time to book a flight and travel down to test the vehicle. The entire experience was very pleasant and the car runs great! Highly recommend!

2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
Chevy has been in the family for over years. I Love my truck.. I gave a second chance buying Chevrolet. My other vehicle was a Tahoe. And the transmission went out. So I decided to give it a second chance. Guess what my transmission went out on this one two.. Chevrolet should make a recall it's very scare and unsafe when truck just wants to go reverse.

The salesman John Pacheco was AMAZING and provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable and made the experience smooth. I felt at home and I recently lost my mom to cancer and shared that with him he was empathetic and just listened to me speak about her. In the business that he is in human kindness is important and he showed just that.

Olympia JeepReviews
Olympia Jeep review
Olympia Jeep staff made a traumatic situation into a kind and supportive situation from sales to service to finance. A friend of mine found a good deal on a Grand Cherokee at their location. I'd been in an accident a couple weeks prior and my Wrangler was totaled. RC Jamerson (sales staff) was so kind and understanding. I am a retired veteran with PTSD and have difficulties in high stress situations. I am slow and methodical to make financial decisions and the accident forced me to make a rapid one. He was so patient and compassionate. At times I had trouble writing and signing my name. He was very supportive and a genuinely wonderful person. Their finance person, who's name escapes me, was patient and kind as well. He even found a better rate then NFCU saving me money. I can't thank their staff enough for making a tough situation, memorable in all the right ways.

Had a great experience at this dealership. Immediately greeted by Tom. Met with Scott Marsh about buying a used sedan vehicle. Mejd N also helped. We would be trading in 2 older vehicles. Everything was quickly taken care of. In a day was the owner of a beautiful 2023 Sentra. Staff were wonderful. Would recommend to anyone needing or wanting a vehicle. This is my third Nissan vehicle.

I traveled from out of state to purchase a vehicle, and Garrett, my salesperson, went above and beyond to ensure everything was ready when I arrived. He was friendly, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The finance manager was equally impressive—efficient, organized, and personable. The entire process was seamless, and I was in and out in just an hour. It was well worth the trip, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Bob Thomas Ford Lincoln North review
My wife and I had an excellent experience purchasing a new Nautilus hybrid. The greatest surprise was Ford corporate decided to extend the employee purchase plan to all customers. No need to negotiate as it is a set price. Zach (sales) and Andy (financial) were great to work with and did not use any pressure tactics to buy. This is our 3rd purchase from the North location, but have bought from the West location and the old Dimension West location on Jefferson. We always have great service experiences as well.

The staff was helpful and not too pushy when it came to the sale. I was able to buy my truck after in the evening after work which was nice.

I bought a 2017 Honda Civic last week. I was preapproved before I walked into the dealership. There were a couple of issues once I began completing the buying process, but after 3 hours at the dealership, I walked out with my new vehicle.

Rediger AutomotiveReviews
Rediger Automotive review
I live in the Kansas City area and found a car that ticked all the boxes on my list at Rediger. It was worth the 3 hour drive. Terry and Peggy were great to work with. The car was exactly as described on cars.com and the price was exactly as advertised with no hidden fees. This was the easiest and most stress-free car purchase we've ever made. Rediger will be our first choice for future purchases.

They were ready for me when I arrived for my oil change and tire rotation. They were organized and fast. I appreciated the attention to detail. I was also impressed with Hugh White Chevy?s extremely welcoming customer lobby. I was back in my truck and ready to Get on with my day in less than 40 min. Thanks Hugh White! We?ll definitely be back!

Guy was honest. He told me what he knew about the vehicle. That’s about it.
