D'Arcy Chevrolet review
Purchase my used vehicle 2 weeks ago today. I am impressed with the service I recieved. I went in and test drove it with Jackson the salesman. He was very friendly and professional. I liked the vehicle a 2018 traverse. Told him I had to go home and make a decision. Since I like 30 miles. He told me I could start the process online if I decided to go forward. Which I did. Went in to sign the papers I was on the road in a hour. It's was fast and easy and great customer service. And I'm loving my new traverse.

I took my Chevy Silverado in for a check engine light with no appointment and Melvin Thomas III greeted me and documented my concerns to have my vehicle inspected. Retrieved my vehicle the same day with all concerns addressed. I will definitely return to see my new advisor Mr. Melvin.

Found the perfect vehicle for our family, and the entire experience couldn’t have been better! From start to finish, everything was easy, professional, and stress-free. Max was fantastic to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer our questions, made sure we were comfortable with our decision, and never made us feel pressured. Buying a vehicle can sometimes be a hassle, but Max made the whole experience enjoyable. We drove away happy and confident that we made the right choice. Excellent experience all around. Thanks so much, Max!

My experience was great! I worked with Jose on the purchase of something I intend to keep in my care for the next 8 or 10 years. It wasn't a flawless car, it was 10 years old. It's got its services I'd like to complete before using it as my daily, but the dealership worked with me in a very friendly way, and was very considerate when I was discussing my service obligations with them. My vehicle arrived in ND less than a week after purchase, and I've seen no issues I wasn't already aware of via PPI opportunities. I made an informed purchase, received my goods in speedy time, and I cant wait to roll my new wheels around for a long time.

We worked with Lloyd at this location, and he was knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with us in choosing and later purchasing our vehicle. He explained all of the other services (leather upgrade, warranty, gap coverage, etc), and we are please with our purchase. The facilities were in great shape, and I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase their next car from this location!

Advantage Chevrolet review
I had an excellent experience at this dealership from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding – everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They respected my time, kept the process, efficient, made everything straightforward, and stress-free. What stood up most was their honesty in their pricing. There were no games or unnecessary pressure tactics. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain to everything clearly, and worked with me to obtain the vehicle I came in for. It’s rare to find a dealership that values both customer experiencing and efficiency, but this team definitely does. I truly appreciated. How smooth the entire process was and how much they cared about making sure I was comfortable with my decision. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience.

Gerald Honda of Countryside review
Was referred to Bill Tsonis by a friend of my mom's and bought a new HRV for her. Very good experience, up front with pricing and very friendly. They even gave us the lifetime warranty for free, I think its only at Gerald stores not other Honda dealers. Will definitely be back when it's time for a new Pilot for me. Kudos!

2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I recently found a oil leak earlier on the engine oil cooling lines. It took a couple of days to find the parts to fix it. It seems the there were 3 dealers in the area that had the part but they were already designated for other pickups with the same problem. This being said I believe GM is aware of the problem and should take responsibility for the cost encured for repairs.
