Felt welcome as I entered the door. Staff was available and when I asked for the sales person that I had been communicating with, salesperson was waiting.
2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

Was referred to Bill Tsonis by a friend of my mom's and bought a new HRV for her. Very good experience, up front with pricing and very friendly. They even gave us the lifetime warranty for free, I think its only at Gerald stores not other Honda dealers. Will definitely be back when it's time for a new Pilot for me. Kudos!

My experience was great! I worked with Jose on the purchase of something I intend to keep in my care for the next 8 or 10 years. It wasn't a flawless car, it was 10 years old. It's got its services I'd like to complete before using it as my daily, but the dealership worked with me in a very friendly way, and was very considerate when I was discussing my service obligations with them. My vehicle arrived in ND less than a week after purchase, and I've seen no issues I wasn't already aware of via PPI opportunities. I made an informed purchase, received my goods in speedy time, and I cant wait to roll my new wheels around for a long time.

INFINITI of Clarendon Hills review
I recently purchased a 2018 Infiniti QX30 and had the pleasure of working with Ali Abdulla. From the moment we connected, Ali’s positive attitude and professionalism stood out. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all my questions with confidence and care. His knowledge about the vehicle and the process was impressive, and he truly went the extra mile to make sure I got the right deal that worked for me. I never felt pressured—just supported. If you’re looking for someone who is genuinely committed to helping you, I highly recommend asking for Ali. Outstanding service from start to finish!

Alex did a great job assisting us with our vehicle purchase. Our finance gentleman was great as well. Highly recommend Ewald.
2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I recently found a oil leak earlier on the engine oil cooling lines. It took a couple of days to find the parts to fix it. It seems the there were 3 dealers in the area that had the part but they were already designated for other pickups with the same problem. This being said I believe GM is aware of the problem and should take responsibility for the cost encured for repairs.
