We went to other dealerships and they had an attitude. They thought they were doing us a favor for allowing us to buy a car from them. One dealership actually sold the car we were buying and didn???t tell us. When we went to pick up the car they tried giving us a different car. Ed Morse Cadillac of Delray Beach made buying a car a pleassure. Paul Betteridge followed up and made sure everything was right and Alan Berkowitz was so pleasant and went out of his way to please us. Kasey Salman took care of a few things that had to be fixed with a smile. Great dealership.
I have purchased 5 vehicle's here over the past 15 years. My first vehicle was a suburban, I took it in for a paint job and 6 weeks later they called me and said was stolen. They had no sympathy for me at all, said was my problem and that I need to call the police and my insurance company. 3 years ago I traded my 2011 Tahoe in for a Silverado before my first oil change I had to add a quart of oil. I complained about the tapping noise and the loss of oil to the service manager and she said according to GM it's normal for a GM vehicle to use a quart of oil every 3 to 5000 miles. I've been touch if your vehicle needs oil it is leaking or burning it. So needless to say I wish I had my old Tahoe back, no problems at all. You think they would try and take care of a long term repetitive customer and give them a deal. Looks like I'll be driving a Ford or Dodge next year.

After doing my research online I was able to get a good deal on a New Dodge by email with the Internet Sales Representative which she was great! Got to the dealership and they re-assigned me to a different sales person which I thought it was a little uncomfortable having to explain and walk trough the deal again. I knew what I wanted so the sales person didn't even need to sell me the car. All I was looking for was the right numbers to buy the car. They were not able to meet me on the price of the vehicle on the day that I went. I contacted the sales person the fallowing day to see if they were able to work it out which they did. I ended up agreeing on the numbers and buying the car. Finance Manager was cold as one could be not very personal at all. The dealership lacks personal engagement. I did not feel like a value customer, very unpersonal experience. Felt like they are in the business just to sell cars not to gain customer. I bought the car because of the numbers, if it depended on the customer service experience I don't think I would have bought it there.
I found a used vehicle online the day before, I was greeted immediately by a friendly salesman. After hearing what I expected from the experience he was able to deliver on those expectations. I left with the vehicle wanted and with the terms I expressed as what I needed to make the deal happen. Now I am loving my new truck! Thank you Arrigo Dodge.
Me and my wife went to check on the Jeep Renegade and Sales person Collin Kelsey took care of us ....VERY GOOD Customer Service ,show us the Jeep we wanted ,and also got us the best deal ever....we went to couple other dealers in the area looking for a fiat 500x or the Jeep Renegade and Because of the Great Customer Service we decided on the Jeep. After we were with Stephen Fioravante in finance GREAT ...fast , great deal...and NEVER in my years of buying cars (more than 5) got such of GREAT GREAT delivery service ! My son was looking for a car we have traveled to look at three different cars at different dealers all were very disappointing. I spotted this car on the internet called about it was told it could be put on hold . I was told the car was in very good shape .The car meet all of our expectations when we got there . There was no hard pressure sales . They got us in and out in a very timely fashion.
