In my 40 years of driving only American made cars Lou LaRiche's John Folino is the best salesman I've met. We are getting ready to lease our 6th car in 3 years from him next month. The body shop, parts and showroom staff are exemplary. John has done everything from personally delivering cars to my home, to searching out our exact desires in a dealer trade. This dealership is almost an hour from me. I had already dealt with two other local dealerships prior. One was patient in helping me figure out which car I wanted but never gave me a price, even after waiting 2 weeks and checking in with them multiple times. The next dealership, I walked in and had just sat in the chair. The salesman started speaking in slang and said he was going to be “Blunt” and that “I probably couldn’t afford a new car,” even though I lease all of my vehicles. I was upset and had never been spoken to that way before. However, I didn’t make a scene, I just quietly left.
I did some research for the exact color scheme I wanted. I found that Snethkamp had that vehicle along with other color options. I put in an internet request to Snethkamp and let them know that I wanted to know my estimated numbers over the phone . I wasn’t interested in driving 45 mins just to have them play games like the other dealerships did.
The person I spoke with was awesome and connected me with JT (John Thomas). He was very kind and patient. They got me into the new car I wanted the same night and even got my payments lower than my previous vehicle.
Their facility isn’t the fanciest, but when you are treated with respect and dignity, that’s priceless
They worked hard to keep my business, and succeeded. It was a fairly pleasant experience, except it always takes longer than expected - but I think that is just part of it. Enjoyed being able to look over the vehicle inside - as they pulled it in out of the cold. The sales guy, Duane, was pretty straight forward and friendly. The financial guy had music playing while he went over the paper work, which was distracting the to me. He also said ???it???s not my car??? in a somewhat sarcastic manner when we declined additional coverage. Didn???t seem real customer friendly with the paper signing guy, but Duane was good. Just got my new Trax yesterday, and I really like it!
Our salesman Nate and Dave, the sales manager, at Michael Bates Chevrolet were both very helpful in finding us a great car that is safe for our teen driver. I feel highly satisfied with both the price and many discounts we were offered during the purchase. The best part was when we were offered to take the car and test drive for the weekend and return on Monday. We had the time to make sure the car was a good fit for our teen and didnt feel pressured with our purchase. Thank you Nate and Michael Bates Chevrolet!
