The buying of our new 2026 Suburban was a good experience. Everyone we met and dealt was polite and professional. Our salesman, Patrick, and sales manager, James, worked to give us a deal we were comfortable with. We asked to have the new tires off our trade-in Suburban put on our new purchase. Patrick arranged for that to happen the next day. The service representative, Tina, was kind and polite and explained that a loaner car had been set up for me. The only negative I would say is that the service department scheduling was off. I dropped my car off at 10 am, as requested. It was 1:30 pm when I got the call that the work was starting. It was only 2 hours later that I got the call that it was finished. All was good with the tire exchange. I felt that I wasted an entire day waiting on a 2 hour job.

2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

Nice SUV. Exact interior to my 2019 Jeep Renegade, seating, Electronic connections, trunl. Runs great so far. Only complaint is spare tire space only fits small spare and not full size tire. Exterior is SUV Grey similar to every other SUV on the road

I found a 2024 model, new, on their website and was able to negotiate a satisfactory price mostly by text and phone. No hours long wait in the showroom with a lot of dead time! Sky and Dyani were great and I actually met the general manager, Ron who was not some mysterious figure in the back! I love my car and really appreciated being able to do most of the deal outside the showroom.

2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
Drove one in New York, NJ ,PA area for work (rental). Loved the connectivity to Android, very simple, you get what you need. Comfortable, drove about 800 miles and it did very well driving in all sorts of traffic and terrain conditions. Overall very satisfied with the car, would consider buying one if the reliability is good long term.

I can’t say enough good things about Moose (can’t remember his actual name) and Xavier. We came in literally just looking and even with that in mind they both gave us the royalty treatment. They tag teamed as Xavier was our salesperson and Moose was the manage. Took the time to show us everything the truck had to offer, let us take her for a ride, and got back with absolutely no pressure. We loved the truck but knew we were not ready to buy. Moose, again with no pressure, ran some numbers without a credit check and even told us about a couple of trucks coming off the assembly line in case we were ready at that time, again no pressure. I would have left out of there with a truck but husband has to bring me back to reality. We literally went to other dealers looking at other trucks but both of us agreed not only the truck but the amazing service would bring us back to Fitzgerald’s when we are ready.

He didn't have to do that. The sale was done. He did it because he genuinely cares that his customers leave confident and comfortable with their new vehicle. For a first-time EV buyer, that kind of personalized attention made all the difference in the world. I left the dealership actually knowing how to use my car — and that is rarer than it should be. On Friday 8 December 2023 I took my car to Oursman Jeep in Bowie , Maryland. For whatever reason the computer would not recognize the key when trying to initiate ignition. At Ourisman Jeep the service advisor , Mr. David Valenzuela, listened to my concerns and, at no point, did he interrupt allowing me to to clearly present the problem. He asked me a handful of questions to narrow down the possible cause of the problem . A short time later he decided it was not the car itself but the fob battery. He replaced the battery in both of my fobs : problem solved! I certainly was impressed with how he deduced what the cause of the was. As impressive as the problem solving was , what was equally impressive was his command of "Customer Service 101". Eye contact, respect for me as a customer/ human being and not as "the guy with the malfunctioning Jeep". He was patient to a fault. Great example of "just getting the job done the right way". 5 stars, at least.
