Two sales consultants did an excellent job - Jim and Jorge. When I called about a particular used car I'd seen on Carfax, Jim took the time to make and email a video "tour" of the car for me. When I arrived from out of town, I stopped at two dealerships. My experience at Max Madsen's was great and far surpassed the customer service at the other dealership. Jorge was there to answer questions about the car. He allowed me to consider the car without the dreaded pressure one sometimes gets at a car dealership. Following my purchase, Jim followed up with a thoughtful email welcoming me to the Max Madsen "family." With sales consultants like Jim and Jorge, you can't go wrong!
Lauren Gall, our sales person, was very personable and easy to talk to. She knew the 2018 Santa Fe inside and out and she understood what we needed in order to be able to afford the car. She made the process very smooth and enjoyable!
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.

My wife and I were interested in various Range Rover models, and Patrick made the experience both enjoyable and non-pressure filled. We came on a Saturday afternoon, and the team stayed behind past closing hours to make sure the experience was first class - Patrick even stayed an hour after close to make sure he could answer any questions on the car we purchased before we left. Great customer service!
For the most part, this dealership is not bad and are legitimate. I could be picky about certain things with my car purchases and the years I’ve been with them, however at the end of the day, they always take care of me as a valued customer and I appreciate the service.
I’ve used this dealership a couple times in the past. All of my experiences have been great so this has become my preferred dealership. Tina Lonkar, the Internet Sales Manager, greated me at the door. She took the time to make sure I knew about all of the specials and deals Homewood Chevy had to offer before introducing me to my saleswoman...Lemanda Lee. This young lady is phenomenal. Mrs. Lee definitely went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the truck I was most comfortable with at a price that was suitable for me. Then I met Bob Cuban...”The Number Cruncher” All I’ll say is Mr. Cuban worked his magic. I walked out with a truck for the same price that I paid for cars in the past. This team made my buying experience very pleasurable. I will use this dealership again.

My previous review of Phillips Chevrolet was not a good one, I was new to this rating app and didn't realize that I had only given them one star. BUT THAT WAS DEFINITELY A MISTAKE!!! As a matter of fact, I'm driving a car that I purchased from them earlier this year (Chevy Malibu) and I do plan to go back in February for another car. They are absolutely THE dealership I would send my family and friends to buy a car! Please visit them soon for all of your car buying needs!
