Awesome, awesome service. The sales and finance guys are top notch. They worked with us for over fours hours to get us into the car we wanted. Even when we left with no car because we couldn't get what we wanted, they still worked until 8:00 at night and got us the car we wanted. They never gave up helping us. They are by far the best dealership ever. I will never go to another dealership ever. Best customer service I have ever received!!!

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Our salesman Jeff was outstanding very down to earth and didn't try selling us something we didnt want. Usually, I do not enjoy the customer service I experience with this dealership. However, during my last experience, the service was amazing. I hit a deer and the shop got me in as soon as possible. The drop off was amazing. When picking my vehicle up, they were so nice. I called and told them the time I was able to pick up the car, and they moved my pick up time by 4 hours! I was so happy! Then when I picked up my car, they were all ready with the keys, and it took only 5 mins! When I went to my car, it was so beautiful! They had washed the car, and the work was amazing! It almost looked brand new! They also cleaned the inside for me! I was so happy with this experience and I hope my experiences in the future are just as good!
Woke up last Tuesday morning with a dead battery in a 3 year old truck. Called Zimbrick up to see if they could get me in to get a new battery as soon as possible. I was told to come in as soon as I could. I arrived to the dealership at 8:20AM and was out by 9:15 – 9:20AM. Could not ask for a better service being I had requested this service at the last minute. I would give the service staff an A++++ for customer care.
But would give the GM Corporate Engineering division a D- for a poor electrical design that causes a battery to not last more than 36 months. To Many bells and whistles on this truck that are not needed.
If it were not for the quality of service that I had received, I would get rid of this truck for a new Toyota when my loan is paid up in February of 2018.

I felt they were very upfront an honest about financing, and how they could meet my purchase needs. The initial numbers of APR and price actually came under what I was initially quoted. I had went to another Chevy dealership and was told one APR and price and when I was about to make the purchase, I was given a very different APR and price.

Best selection, best service, very friendly and courteous staff, wonderful clean showroom... went out of their way to make me happy, listen to my financial situation, was able to get me placed into a brand new vehicle for less than a used vehicle.. which was beyond amazing!! These guys are the best... I'm going back in a few months with my husband to get him a car as well.. We love love love the five stars we received all-around. Will be returning for sure.
My Silverado started losing power while traveling from Illinois to Wausau last Friday night. Called Trecek in the morning. Got me in but were booked up and told me they couldn't probably look at my truck until Tuesday. Dropped it off and secured other transportation. While driving back to Illinois on Monday, got a call from Trecek. My truck was done. They had a cancellation and were able to bump me up and get it fixed (they knew I'd be passing by on my way home on Monday). So I was able to return the other car and not have to make another trip back up to pick up my truck.
The repair was good, and they coordinated all with my warranty company as well.

One Saturday morning my husband and I were in Portage and had some extra time, so we decided to stop by to test drive a few trucks. Over the past few months we had narrowed it down to two different trucks styles that we were interested in. The test drives were going to help us to make the decision for when we were ready to purchase in a few months.
Kipp was the one to assist us. His body language and no sales gimmick's is what kept us there that day. If there had been any pressure or "salesman talk", we would've walked away before even doing the test drive. To be honest we would have walked away anytime throughout the process since we were in no hurry to buy. Kipp gave us our space but yet was there to answer any of my MANY MANY questions.
We ended up purchasing the truck about a week later at a price we felt very comfortable with. Before leaving the dealership that day, Eric was there to make sure we knew how to use all the features offered and help us to get our Onstar set up properly. We left that day knowing without a doubt that we made a great decision! Everyone in the dealership was very professional and friendly.
Since that day, we have been and will continue to recommend them. Thank you so much Kipp and Eric for making what can be a very stressful time a pleasant one!

Quite impressed with the service and quality of cars at Lexus of Madison. Kevin and everyone where very friendly and Professional. They have a technician explain all electronic functions in the car.
