Braeger always goes the extra mile to make things right!

I had a 2012 Equinox, and I loved my car and the service Braeger always provided to me. Recently, this car started having a variety of service issues. Whenever I called, Braeger got me in right away and fixed the particular problem. One of the issues involved a fix which would be paid for by Chevy (a known oil consumption issue for 2012 Equinox) if we had the proper documentation to prove these issues were related to the oil consumption known problem . So, Steve Thomas, my Service Advisor, helped me build a case over time so that we could submit this to Chevrolet and so that they would consent to pay for the repair under the warranty for this issue. We ended up making our case, and Chevrolet agreed to fix my car at their cost, and it was a very expensive fix. This fix took multiple days to complete, so Braeger gave me a loaner car for days at no charge. So, I appreciated all of that...It saved me a lot of money. I got my car back, and it started having more issues, so it was at that point, I wanted to sell the car and buy a new one. Matt Kreckler was my salesperson for both cars, and he does an excellent job. He was very forthcoming about pricing on the various vehicles, which I really appreciated. He was also very helpful, and he made buying a new car very easy and painless. I recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car, new or used. Braeger worked with me to take the 2012 Equinox back in trade, and I leased a new 2019 Equinox, which is great. During the week that I was working all of this out, Braeger gave me a loaner car again at no charge, and they were great at helping me evaluate all my options without putting a lot of pressure on me to go one way or the other. They also worked with me financially to put together a fair deal, which I appreciated. So, all in all, from service to sales, Braeger was great to work with, and I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a used or new car. They definitely went the extra mile to ensure that I was a happy customer and happy with my car, whichever way I chose to go. Thank you, Braeger!
