Salesman Dion alcantara was more than helpful,he was very patient ,it wasn't until I went into the finance person Carlos that everything changed.i purchased the road hazard and some stupid program called dot.three days later tried to cancel both I could only cancel road hazard but I won't get credit till lease runs out.is that Fu or what.the other I was told x Carlos I couldn't cancel when the contract gives you thirty days to cancel.at this point I am thinking of cancelling the theft system also.i am so upset over this experience.and to top it all I have to worry about not having a spare.how stupid is that?

I can't rave enough about the quality of service I received in buying a car in June. Mario was exceptional. He was able to help me with identifying my needs and choosing the best car for me and my family. Due to his great customer service, wealth of knowledge and expertise, I will continue buying my vehicles through this dealership. This is my 3rd car with Nissan in 5 years. Mario was the best sales person I've dealt with my entire life. Due to me being active military, I was unable to give the great review he deserved. I hope this review helps give Mario the credit he deserves.
Basically, I believe that when selling new cars there shouldn???t be any problems with the car. Due to my experience here I had to wait an extra hour and a half after purchasing the vehicle. It should have been all ready to be received upon purchase
First rate experience throughout. The CPO vehicle was in very good shape with low miles and Nicole Stem , the sales person was first rate???well informed, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with, as was her manager involved in my transaction.
This review is for Schumacher Jeep of Delray Beach, FL. I recently needed to bring my Jeep in for service. I was assigned Charlie Termini as my service tech. I have to say, up to that point I had seriously considered changing to another location for service. Charlie was very thorough. I don???t usually write a review, but I have to give a review of this dealer. I was in the auto business many years ago and here???s my comments. They absolutely beat the competition by a huge amount. They gave me top dollar for my trade. No funny business, the price they quoted me was the price I paid. Rick, my sales person was very pleasant and accommodating. When lead into the finance closers office, usually a high pressure salesman, absolutely no pressure to buy anything, just an honest description of what???s available. So Schumacher of West Palm Beach, you get 5 stars from me and I will definitely recommend your dealership to my friends.
I could not have been more pleased with the level of professional service at Schumacher Buick. The sales side was knowledgeable, helpful and very straightforward. The final purchase was organized and very quick. I sensed no salesmanship runaround or games which was much appreciated.
