Ok wrote this once, cannot repeat it. Liking the 2007 Ranger. Pretty good deal. My only wish would be more honesty about the problems. I still would have bought it, but it would have been nice to be able to take it right into the shop and fix those issues. I don't like to learn while driving down the road. BUT again, I still would have bought the truck. Honesty IS the best policy. Ah well, Michael, next time,Be more frank, you will still seal the deal without any feelings of being mislead. Joe was an amazing car sales man. He was true to what he said and if he didn’t know the answer he found it out for you. Every time I called Hertz Joe would answer it was like he was running the place. Anytime I went to the dealership Joe was out in the heat showing a customer a car. He is just so great. When we went inside the other car sales men were just sitting around eating or chitchatting. Joe was an amazing experience just in himself I have never felt so confident in buying a car and not feeling preassured or stressed. I’m sending all my friends to hertz but not for just hertz but to speak with Joe because he is truly amazing.
Julián was great. We didn???t have to haggle any prices. You pay exactly what they say your going to pay. He was very honest with us about the cars history. We were very happy with the customer service and the price
Fields in Sanford is a great place to purchase a vehicle. I could not ask for a better sales person (Brent Osbourne). Very professional, friendly, helpful. He knows how to convince you to make a purchase without putting on pressure, I did not plan to purchase a vehicle there but, i end up making a purchase more than once, plus sending other people to make purchases. Mr. Osborne is simple a awesome sales person and and very reliable. He returns missed calls promptly. He has great customer personality.
This is the second car I've bought from David Maus. Jeremy was super helpful in getting me into the car I was interested in and making sure the deal would go through. I was very happy with everyone. When I needed specific requirements in my trade-in value and loan APR, they did everything to make that happen.
Torry treated me very well during the process of buying my new Niro. I wanted an LX without any extras. They located one for me, the numbers were dead on at the delivery from what they said and I couldn't be happier with the treatment I received from everybody that I was in contact with.
Came to this dealership uneasy as all other dealerships have screwed me over. The general manager Tim and salesman Barry took me under their wing, treated me as they would their own family and found me the greatest deal!! I've never until now walked out of a dealership confident and happy with my purchase!! One happy girl!
