This dealership is almost an hour from me. I had already dealt with two other local dealerships prior. One was patient in helping me figure out which car I wanted but never gave me a price, even after waiting 2 weeks and checking in with them multiple times. The next dealership, I walked in and had just sat in the chair. The salesman started speaking in slang and said he was going to be “Blunt” and that “I probably couldn’t afford a new car,” even though I lease all of my vehicles. I was upset and had never been spoken to that way before. However, I didn’t make a scene, I just quietly left.
I did some research for the exact color scheme I wanted. I found that Snethkamp had that vehicle along with other color options. I put in an internet request to Snethkamp and let them know that I wanted to know my estimated numbers over the phone . I wasn’t interested in driving 45 mins just to have them play games like the other dealerships did.
The person I spoke with was awesome and connected me with JT (John Thomas). He was very kind and patient. They got me into the new car I wanted the same night and even got my payments lower than my previous vehicle.
Their facility isn’t the fanciest, but when you are treated with respect and dignity, that’s priceless
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I broght in my 2015 200 for repair and then i decided to buy a new car. They had no problem helping me even with my car in their shop up on a hoist. After three hours i walked out with a 2018 dodge charger. This is the fifth car my family has bought from Dick Scott and we will be back when we need a new.

We traded in two of our vehicles for one of their used cars. I did most of the deal through emails and phone calls which were always promptly returned. They saved me some money and made it so easy to work with me when it came to the things that were important to me in a vehicle. Literally all we had to do was come in and sign the paperwork and drive off! I highly recommend this no-pressure, easy to work with dealership.

I went into Shuman Chrysler not knowing if we could make a deal or not, but thankfully we did. Tim Dalsasso was very helpful, he was patient as I asked the same questions over and over. It is one thing to read a lot and know technically know the trims and differences. It is another experiencing them. I can't say enough good things about Tim. They are not high pressure sales reps, they are non-commissioned sales reps that are really there to help. For me, I was buying a Pacifica the last day of the month in November. Trying to buy a car on the last day month sales could normally make a sales rep bring on a lot of pressure to meet a quota, especially in the last months of the year. But Tim could have not been any more laid back, patient, and informative. It was also nice having a nice chat with Chris Brough, the general sales manager and Allen Myers, another sales rep. I will definitely recommend friends, co-workers, and family members to buy from Tim. I appreciate the culture at Shuman Chrysler and I will be back in the future.
Chris Graham was great in the service department. I brought my Jeep in and he got to the repair promptly and with a smile. My car was repaired within a few hours after tests were run. I came back in and out, simple and easy.

Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep values and appreciates their customers! I had a very negative experience at a dealer on Hall Rd in Macomb and was about to wash my hands and walk away from Jeep altogether when Aaron Carter from Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep reached out to me via email about my interest in a Renegade. I explained the nightmare I was dealing with and was rethinking Jeep altogether. Aaron asked me to just give him half a day to see if he could do something for me to get me in the Solar Yellow Renegade I wanted. Aaron found a new Solar Yellow with the Power Sunroof and referred me to his manager Gus Abdal who called me to go over my non-negotiables and my negotiables. Both gentlemen worked their magic and not only found me a Renegade with all of my non-negotiables but one with many additional upgrades. They sent a driver out of state to retrieve it and when it came time to come in and sign all of the paperwork, Aaron saw me walking over to Gus’s desk and stopped what he was busily working on to say, “So, today’s the big day! Picking up the Renegade I see. I ‘m so happy it worked it. Are you excited?” with a huge smile on his face. Gus’s manager also came over to introduce himself and welcomed me to the Jeep family. Gus was nothing but extraordinary from that first phone call to the moment I drove off the lot. He walked me through each and every step of the process, explaining it all. On pickup day, he took me out to my new car and spent 45 minutes with me, showing me each and every single option and how it functioned and had me do everything with him there to make sure I understood how everything worked including setting up my radio stations and Bluetooth. Aaron and Gus are my Knights in Shining Armor! Both gentleman really worked hard to turn this very unhappy customer coming from another dealer to a happy one because of them at Rochester Hills Jeep.
