The service advisor Andrew was amazing. He was very kind informative and attentive. I felt completely comfortable with the service process. I use to take my vehicle Findley Dodge but now I will be going to Autonation USA.

We just purchased a used 2017 Pacifica 2 days ago. So far it is going good. The only thing missing is USB ports in the 2nd and 3rd row seats. Other than that we love the Van!
I seen a lot of nice use cars and nice new cars will be back looking in about 90 days,
I miss the Honda Odyssey.

This is a good looking vehicle and very comfortable to ride in. Having Stow and Go for all middle and rear seats us great! Parking assist with back up camera is very helpful as well as the sensors on the side mirrors. The radio is easy to operate and I appreciate controlling the temperature for the whole vehicle from the front. My frustrations with the Pacifica are in the interior use of space. Putting 3 children's car seats in the middle row is very tight. The center console is small and not closed in( front or back) so one is limited with what can go in that space securely. The cup holders are small, limiting the size bottle or cup one can fit there, especially in the door. Some of the storage pockets are so small and such an odd shape, they're not usful. The Pacifica is nice, but I expected better than this from Chrysler.
The greatest experience I have ever had with a dealership... I will forever buy my cars @ Carmax and I will tell everyone I know that they should buy there as well. The NO HASSEL way to buy a car!!!!

Love the STOW AND GO seating! This alone is awesome for camping and not fussing with taking seats in and out. Cant wait to buy the vehicle, with as much extended coverage as I can get cause it’s a long term investment for me...10 years at least. Minivan drives and handles wonderfully!
I was in search of a new car but not sure what kind of car I was in search for. Brenden really helped me out with finding a car that would fit me, and the needs that I supplied him with. He was very personable, and quite funny. Overall great experience with Brenden.

Classy looking vehicle that had a lot of luxuries for family needs. Spacious and roomy for all the needs of a family. Great on gas for it's class
TJ was extremely helpful, and was very kind. He was patient even though it was getting late, and made us feel like we were making the right decision buying a car with Honda. TJ was knowledgeable, friendly, and made my family feel welcome. He is a model employee, and he made the experience enjoyable.

Great van/crossover! Very stylish. Interior is very well made.. sleek , roomy. easy to drive comfortable to drive! Has good get up and go! Safety features are great!
Love the looks of my van. Hate that this van has a hard shift problem. Been back to dealer several times, Chrysler states this is a normal condition. Nothing normal about driving down the road and almost getting into an accident due to car losing power then jerking into gear. Van is back at dealer hopefully for a fix this time.
The Pacifica is extremely nice, has more amenities than we actually originally were after, has a comfortable ride akin to a Mercedes and has been reliable in the past. We have 3 kids under 11 and it makes transporting them around for daily tasks easy and safe.
Good looking car. There was a period of transition with all the bells and whistles, even on the L. Passengers all like the ride, but head rests have a strong forward tilt for some riders. Do like the bells and whistles, esp., flasher on mirrors when cars approach. Heat and air are both great.
Great experience with a great salesman, Tony Bowler. Didn't feel pressured, but I was provided all information needed to make my decision to purchase. Felt like I paid a fair price for my new car. I really liked the casual, low key atmosphere of this dealership and Tony. Not the typical high pressure car sales, which made me very happy!

Shopped the entire State of Florida for a Pacifica just the way I wanted it. Ferman blew away the field with both selection and price and it wasn't even close. This dealership is full of professionals that aim to please. Miguel was our salesman, he bent over backwards, was honest and straightforward and made the experience a pleasure. They have a new customer for life.
We had a transmission with our 2018 Jeep Wrangler the week before Thanksgiving. The Jeep was towed to Chapman and they started diagnosis the next morning. In fortunately it was a Friday, so we didn???t get an update until Monday (which was expected). On that Monday we were informed the transmission needed to be replaced, and it could take a week or two due to the Holiday (again, expected). But to our surprise, we received a call on Friday evening letting us know our Jeep was ready to go! We were greatful it only took one week in all, and couldn???t have asked for better service.

The Pacifica Minivan is pretty and you have to love the stow-away seats. But the electronics are troublesome and the dealer don't know how to fix it.
One of the easiest and most pleasant car purchases that I have made in a long time and I have bought and leased a lot of cars over the years. Kevin Krisher, Internet Sales Manager was fantastic to work with. Leased a New 2017 Nissan Rogue and the price was as advertised, no pressure up selling options, etc. Was torn between Black or White and Kevin brought both Models up front for me to see so I can decide which one I wanted. I highly recommend Kevin and Planet Nissan

The video controls have no button info and is extremely clunky. For instance you have 4 direction arrows and an ok button. No play button. So when the kids are wanting a movie to play you are blindly trying to get it to work while trying not to get into an accident. The GPS is more of the same. The voice commands while driving are extremely limited as to what you can say. It does not find normal reference points (could be from the lack of understood commands and references), it starts by asking you what country you are in, if it messes up the voice recognition in the 5 or 6 questions it asks you, you have to start over which is 70% of the time. The styling is great, the performance is as expected from a known platform but the user interface execution with the knowledge there are kid demands is some of the worst I have ever used. As a user of a vehicle like this and as a parent you have enough distractions, trying to use basic functions of the interface shouldn't be your biggest distraction. You are taking your eyes off the road way too much to try to figure out the vague controls that you just end up pushing whatever because there is no function assigned but its the only thing you have. Whoever designed this must not have kids and missed the idea to design a safe, easy, and a stress free user interface. This van concerns me for the safety of my family when sending my wife and kids out in it.

I LOVE the look of it. I wish it has more storage spots if you have to stow the seats there is no where else. The main reason for this review is to hope some one at Chrysler sees this and fixes one big thing. I got stuck today, it would have been so much easier to use the winch on the jeep that came to my rescue but there is NO WHERE to attach a tow rope or cable.

I Love It. A lot of inside room , drives great . Loved my Dodge Caravan , had 4 of them but just wanted to try the Chrysler Pacifica van and so glad I did, it’s great.
Just don’t like small cars that are low to the ground and not a lot of room to move around.
I have 2 growning kids who need a lot of room and comfort.
Love he heated seats. And the backup camera.
The third row seats fold flat so you have slots of room for moving large items.
Great up front pricing. Nice state of the art facility.

This is our third Chrysler van and is by far the most advanced. We have owned 2015, 2016 Town and Country vans and the Pacifica is a tremendous upgrade. The electronic safety features make it easy for me, a 70 year old driver, feel very comfortable driving in traffic or backing
My fourth Dodge/Ram Diesel I've purchased from Scott Reber because, there is no one better! I trust him 100% and bought this truck sight unseen. He's the best, which is why I drive 200 miles each way, to do business with him! I saved over $9k from the nearest dealer's offer. The Desert 215 Superstore handled the rest quickly and painlessly. We formerly drove Subaru Forester. So the Pacifica is a welcome upgrade. We believe that we have a great value for the price we got. The engine is powerful and quite despite the size of the vehicle. We find the interior design flexible and well laid out. The comfort of the drive is good, not luxurious and we definitely notice the larger size, but these were expected. It is difficult to judge reliability at this time. Our car has 8k miles and has no issues.
The user interface on the vehicle was initially challenged by a lack of information (or our inability to find the information) in the manual. We have learned far more from instructional videos on YouTube. So, if you want an idea of how easy setting up phones and how to manage the car's systems - start there even before your test drive. After we drove it for a week, we found that the layouts were intuitive and the multiple ways of accomplishing the same task made common functions very manageable.
Our first impression on the Pacifica is that we can't wait to drive it.
I left a message for the service department supervisor Levi. He contacted me first thing the next morning. He made no excuse for the bad customer service and experience, but instead apologized for the bad service I had received. He is fairly new to the location and he's working on making the service department better. He listened to my issue and was genuinely interested and concerned with correcting my experience with the service department, in which I truly appreciate. He has gone the extra mile to make me feel better about finishing what was not completed due to the part issue. He has made me comfortable knowing my truck would be finished on time. He has kept me informed about when my truck would be finished. He has given me faith in his service department.
