Always polite and helpful even if my problem is small. The radio stations got messed up and a young man took the time to show me how it worked. He was so patient!!!

This van is fantastic. The seats lay flat to fit very large items, and there is plenty of room for all passengers. We have the touring l and the extra amenities are fantastic(heated seats, heated steering wheel, DVD player, etc.)
Castle Subaru always seems to go above and beyond in service. They are courteous, professional, and very efficient. I always have a great experience with them.

I just started driving the 2014 model for car rides like a dream it currently has 248000 miles yes that is not a miss type I just can't believe it it does lack take off power the inside is not the best as for plug ins but overall the car rides just like a new nothing is wrong with it no light no noises if I had good credit I'd buy one
I bought my SUV at Castle. Excellent service from the beginning until delivery of my vehicle. FREE oil changes, FREE hand car washes and a very knowledgeable staff from the show room floor to the service department has me and my husband very happy customers!! I have owned three of these Chrysler 200 s convertibles..the most recent one a hard top convertible with all the options. It is comfortable riding, ideal for cruising and, at least this one, has gotten as much as 31 mpg on the highway. It is a gorgeous car on the outside, and there as not so many on the road, so it holds some exclusivity. What I don't like is the re-curing, known issue concerning the 430n navigation radio that has comments all over the web, and that while Chrysler has been aware of for 4 years now, refuses to do anything about it. The garmin sourced navigation gets to the point at which it will not load the maps and then it never loads them again. This can happen 5 years down the road, or 6 months in. I have 13k miles on my car and hardly use the navigation and yet, it went out. Chrysler devalues their brand and this car by refusing to take care of issues that it knows are common failures and defects and just let's it's customers flail with $1500 bills for a new radio. There are other known issues with this car that are well documented online and on Chrysler forums that they also seem to be unwilling to do anything about or to improve the product over the years to take care of. Too bad..because this car is worlds better than what is out there now to compete.
I walked into the dealership not expecting to walk out of there with anything. Adam was a tremendous help! And I cannot thank him enough for helping me find the perfect car for me!

I’ve had my 2013 300 for about 3 years now and I have to say this car has really been good to me. With a little over 100k, she still riding like a champ. My annual maintenance bill on this car is nowhere near what some other high end luxury car owners would pay. It’s definitely a head turner. If you take care it, it’ll take care if you.
Very Easy Access, no headaches, was in for a 40K service which was performed with no issues & done timely. Also I found that if in need of parts after calling around Planet Toyota had a better price on what I was looking for & had advised on other related parts on sale. Would recommend!

We just purchased a used 2017 Pacifica 2 days ago. So far it is going good. The only thing missing is USB ports in the 2nd and 3rd row seats. Other than that we love the Van!

Drives very smooth. Love the safety features when it comes to cell phones, picks right up for you so you never take ur eyes off the road. If you do want to text, you just talk to the car it sends it for you. Variety of things to keep the kids busy, comfortable and safe.

What is the best experiences we have had in purchasing a car. Shannon was very helpful and we got the car we want. There was no pressure at all. This is the way carbines should be.

I rented a 300 White in California, overall the car was great, good power, good handling all worked as it should. The only drawback is that this car gives from 21 go 23 MPG combined, it consumes as much gas as a economical V8. If it would give about 30 to 35 MPG it would be a mlm perfect car. I got 2 V8's that are much older and provide the same MPG.
I purchased a 2013 lexus gs350 where do i start i am very happy with roadmaster service they got me a low interest rate and answered all my questions i will be sending my family and anyone i know looking for a car they take out the stress out of car buying

The car drive great! My husband is in a wheelchair and it gives him leg room and we can easily store his chair in the huge trunk: we absolutely love it! I wish we could have afforded a new one instead of used! It also has comfortable adjustable seats for us all!!!
This was our second car purchase from Mike and we were just as happy this time as we were last time. Our first time we met Mike we almost bought from him. We were going through financing and then decided to not buy. We felt bad for how it went down. A few months later we returned. We were a bit worried that how things went the first time might affect how he would treat this time. Well he was great and went through with a purchase of a Pacifica. It took a few trips because we have 3 kids and Mike was patient and very understanding. This last purchase took a total of 2 hours and we again are totally pleased . He has very good product knowledge and listens to what we want. We like his down to earth demeanor and that he isn???t pushy. We have given his name out to several of our friends and hopefully he will get a few sales from them. Finding a car salesman who is honest and not just out for the sale is hard to do. Mike is that kind of person. Thank you again Mike and we will be back when we need another vehicle.

Very roomy, love the sliding doors, the entertainment package is great and convenient for the kids for long drives. Have had this car for 4 years and have had no issues.
i came in seeking to buy a Honda pilot i wasn't sure off all the options on these cars , i was greeted by the nicest Polish guy in the wold went over all options with me took the car home to my pregnant wife since she has to stay in bed really good guy Thank you Peter for all your help and i also learned some Polish "yak she maz" everybody

Love the looks of my van. Hate that this van has a hard shift problem. Been back to dealer several times, Chrysler states this is a normal condition. Nothing normal about driving down the road and almost getting into an accident due to car losing power then jerking into gear. Van is back at dealer hopefully for a fix this time.
He takes good care of his clients. No matter how busy the dealership gets, he always makes time to help out our family. He's not your average salesman. He really takes the time to get to know his clients and their needs. Highly recommend working with GG.

Had a 2015 CTS, but the backseat was too tight. I liked the Chrysler 300 cars, so I bought this 2015 which had quite a bit more room. It's not as sporty as the CTS, but handles well and rides good. The 5.7 Hemi has plenty of power and the 8 speed automatic is a big improvement over the old 5 speed. Seats are comfortable and made of quality leather
UConnect system is great. These cars are built well and do no rattle and creak.
